Durante la sua permanenza presso la struttura è stata accudita in modo impeccabile: sorveglianza medica, terapie, igiene personale ed affettività non le sono mai mancate. Devo ringraziare di cuore il personale medico, le OS, le infermiere ed il Caposala Aurelio del reparto CAVS che l'hanno seguita con premura e delicatezza nella fragilità della sua età e della sua malattia, ma anche il personale della Reception che mi ha risposto celermente e con cortesia per ogni nostra necessità. Grazie! My mother was hospitalized in Villa Grazie from mid-November 2021 to mid-February 2022. During her stay at the facility she was looked after in an impeccable way: medical surveillance, therapies, personal hygiene and affection never lacked. G	Giorgio Dursi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guida Filomena; Dopo l’intervento di protesi al ginocchio sono stata ricoverata 20 giorni a Villa grazia per le cure riabilitative in appoggio reparto cavs. Sono arrivata molto sofferente, i forti dolori al ginocchio mi hanno debilitata per diversi giorni rendendomi quasi totalmente assoggettata al supporto dei medici e operatori sanitari. È qua che voglio ringraziarli tutti, sono stata accolta, assistita, supportata anche nei momenti di sconforto con una gentilezza ed umanità d’altri tempi. Il percorso di fisioterapia, sebbene faticoso, a fatto si che alle dimissioni fossi in condizioni di camminare autonomamente e per questo un ringraziamento speciale a Vittoria e Giacomo per la pazienta e l’assoluta professionalità. In modo altrettanto speciale voglio ringraziare di cuore Aurelio e tutti gli addetti ai lavori che sin dal primo giorno e per tutto il percorso mi hanno assistita e supportata in ogni momento con sensibilità e amore come meglio non avrei potuto desiderare. I arrived very suffering, the severe pain in my knee weakened me for several days making me almost totally subject to the support of doctors and health workers. This is where I want to thank them all, I was welcomed, assisted, supported even in moments of discouragement with a kindness and humanity of other times. The physiotherapy process, although tiring, meant that when I resigned I was in a position to walk independently and for this a special thanks to Vittoria and Giacomo for their patience and absolute professionalism. In an equally special way, I want to thank Aurelio and all the insiders who have assisted and supported me at all times with sensitivity and love as best I could not have wished from the first day and throughout the journey. I Caposala Infermieri Teodora e Aurelio sono stati un professionale e umano riferimento per mia madre, ricoverata per lungodegenza e riabilitazione, dopo un'operazione a seguito di frattura del femore. L'età non ha certo aiutato (95 anni) ma gli operatori l'hanno accudita durante le cure con professionalità. Quando ho voluto di conferire con i responsabili è stato sempre possibile: ho chiesto una volta di parlare con il Direttore Sanitario e mi hanno inoltrato direttamente la telefonata; il conferimento con i medici è stato sempre possibile, per essere aggiornato sullo stato di salute; ho avuto necessità di conferire con la Direttrice del Centro Sig.a Giacomina, mi hanno dato l'appuntamento e sono stato ricevuto in modo cordiale. Molto cordiali e disponibili le addette alla "reception". Excellent environment in which the structure is located. Ho chiamato e mi sono accertata a priori al riguardo, avrei evitato di incontrare un medico che maltrattandomi ha urlato che avrei dovuto togliere la mascherina. Ma scusate i vaccinati invece non devono toglierla?e se la tolgono non succede nulla?e dì cosa ti preoccupi se hai questo fastasmssgorico vaccino? Ero in possesso del tampone che mi permette di accedere al lavoro quindi il gentilissimo medico doveva stare più sereno a fare la mia radiografia. Aggiungo che si fanno in luoghi separati e questa benedetta mascherina l: Ho tolta 5secondi e non in sua presenza. Esprimo un grande ringraziamento a tutto il personale medico sempre disponibile ad aggiornarmi telefonicamente prima (in periodo di chiusura nazionale delle rsa) e poi di persona sullo stato di salute di mia mamma Ancora grazie al personale OSS attento e gentile in particolare la Signora Teodora e il Signor Aurelio che ho potuto conoscere all'apertura visite in tutte le rsa. Cortese il personale al centralino. G	Gianfranco Gallina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato ospite della struttura per 3 settimane, e devo dire che mi sono trovato benissimo, ad iniziare dalla località: la casa di cura è posta sulla collina che sovrasta Ciriè, e dai terrazzi e dai balconi di ogni camera si gode una vista impagabile, il parco della Villa con alberi maestosi è l'ideale per una passeggiata salutare. L'ambiente interno è luminoso e ogni ambulatorio, palestra e camere sono indicate con cartelli chiari e ben leggibili, all'interno della struttura è presente un bar super fornito con un barista molto professsionale e preparato. I servizi sanitari forniti dalla Casa sono efficienti, con medici, infermieri e oss che ti coccolano e danno una assistenza continua giorno e notte. Anche il cibo, che viene preparato fresco tutti i giorni dalla cucina è di buonissima qualità, io ho mangiato veramente bene riprendendo i chili persi in ospedale e gli inservienti sono sempre disponibili a integrare il menu, che viene proposto a scelta giorno per giorno. L'unico rammarico è che la riabilitazione è quasi finita, per cui dovrò tornare alla vita di tutti i giorni e la vacanza riabilitativa sicuramente mi mancherà. Grazie a tutti gli operatori di Villa Grazia. I was a guest of the structure for 3 weeks, and I must say that I had a great time, starting from the locality: the nursing home is located on the hill overlooking Ciriè, and from the terraces and balconies of each room you can enjoy a priceless view, the park of the Villa with majestic trees is ideal for a healthy walk. The internal environment is bright and each clinic, gym and rooms are indicated with clear and legible signs, inside the structure there is a super bar stocked with a very professional and prepared bartender. The health services provided by the House are efficient, with doctors, nurses and oss who pamper you and provide continuous assistance day and night. Even the food, which is prepared fresh every day from the kitchen, is of very good quality, I ate really well, recovering the kilos lost in the hospital and the attendants are always available to integrate the menu, which is proposed day by day. The only regret is that the rehabilitation is almost over, so I will have to go back to everyday life and I will surely miss the rehabilitation vacation. Thanks to all the operators of Villa Grazia.
