Siamo arrivati in questo B&b La Gagliardetta in tarda serata ;
In una via tutta buia ci viene a prendere il proprietario che appena arrivati ci ha fatto molte domande su chi eravamo e cosa facevamo ( MOLTO INVADENTE È PRESUNTUOSO CON BATTUTE INOPPORTUNE) ; si chiacchiera per la camera è mi riferisce che non pagando con la carta in pratica avevo la cancellazione da Booking ma la camera era cmq prenotata ed avrei pagato in sede .
IN NERO !!! Non mi hanno rilasciato la ricevuta!
Non risulta la colazione, io sorpreso perché pensavo di averlo letto gli dico be non c'è problema, lui cmq mi comprende la colazione;
Mi fa vedere la camera con bagno all'esterno , camera sprovvista di TV e con condizionatore portatile e rumoroso il tutto non specificato su Booking.
In pratica ho pagato quanto un albergo a 4 stelle per un ostello della gioventù!
Per quanto riguarda la pulizia devo dire che la madre del proprietario persona per bene è molto gentile ci tiene molto quindi per la pulizia 4 stelle.
In pratica volevamo rilassarci ma non ci siamo riusciti per mancanza di privacy.

We arrived at this B & b La Gagliardetta in the late evening;
In a very dark street, the owner comes to pick us up and as soon as we arrived he asked us many questions about who we were and what we were doing (VERY pushy and presumptuous with inopportune jokes); we chat about the room and he tells me that by not paying with the card in practice I had the cancellation from Booking but the room was booked cmq and I would have paid on site.
IN BLACK !!! They didn't give me the receipt!
There is no breakfast, I am surprised because I thought I had read it, I tell him well no problem, he anyway includes breakfast;
He shows me the room with bathroom outside, room without TV and with portable and noisy air conditioner, all not specified on Booking.
Basically I paid as much as a 4-star hotel for a youth hostel!
As for cleaning, I must say that the owner's mother, a good person, is very kind, so she cares a lot for 4-star cleaning.
Basically we wanted to relax but we couldn't because of lack of privacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa fantastica, a pochi passi dal mare , immersa nella tranquilla campagna siciliana , andare via è stato difficilissimo.Siamo Stati io e la mia famiglia per 10 giorni e la ricordero' come la vacanza piu' bella e affascinante che abbia mai avuto, e credetemi faccio il rappresentante e di hotel e b&b ne vedo tanti.Villa Gagliardetta ha il fascino del moderno immerso nell'antico,. a soli 3 km dal centro e dalla movida estiva .
Lo staff educato e professionale, la villa magnifica , le camere pulite e spaziose , le terme ad 800 metri e il mare a 3 km immersi nel verde.
La consiglio agli amanti del relax e delle vere ferie, chi come me ancora nelle sere estive ama addormentarsi con il suono dei grilli che cantano, la consiglio ai viaggiatori di passaggio che in villa gagliardetta possono trovare un oasi elegante e raffinata.
Fantastic villa, just steps from the sea, immersed in the peaceful Sicilian countryside, go away was difficilissimo.Siamo States me and my family for 10 days, and remember 'as the most' beautiful and charming holiday I've ever had, and believe me I represent the hotel and I see so many b & bs. Villa Gagliardetta has the charm of the modern immersed in the ancient ,. just 3 km from the center and the summer nightlife.
The polite and professional staff, the magnificent villa, the clean and spacious rooms, the spa at 800 meters and the sea at 3 km surrounded by greenery.
The advice to lovers of relaxation and real holidays, those like me who still like to fall asleep in the summer evenings with the sound of crickets singing, I recommend it to travelers passing through the villa who can find an elegant and refined oasis.

In una via di estrema periferia dove pensavamo di essere in una favelas, ci viene ad aprire una signora, molto gentile e disponibile, con una eccessiva invadenza informativa. Si chiacchiera per la camera e mi riferisce che non pagando con la carta in pratica avevo la cancellazione da Booking ma la camera era cmq prenotata ed avrei pagato in sede IN NERO !!! Non mi hanno rilasciato la ricevuta!
Non risulta la colazione, devo dire per una mia svista al Momento della prenotazione, anche se considerando che siamo in un B&B, la davo per scontata.

In pratica ho pagato quanto un albergo a 4 stelle per un ostello della gioventù, anzi per un rifugio del grand canyon.
Per quanto riguarda gli arredi diciamo molto vintage per fare un eufemismo, ma cmq nn certamente adeguati per la cifra richiesta. In conclusione veramente una location e una sistemazione logistica pessima, con rappresentazione sui motori di ricerca, fuorvianti, ai quali mi riservero' di informare, sopratutto per chiedere chi ha permesso a questa attività ricettiva di accreditarsi su questi banner con questi format. CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE DI ANDARE A CASTELLAMMARE DEL GOLFO MA ASSOLUTAMENTE DI EVITARE QUESTA STRUTTURA.

As for the furnishings we say very vintage to put it mildly, but cmq certainly not adequate for the amount requested. In conclusion, a really bad location and logistical accommodation, with misleading representation on search engines, to which I reserve the right to inform, especially to ask who has allowed this accommodation business to be credited on these banners with these formats. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND GOING TO CASTELLAMMARE DEL GOLFO BUT ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS STRUCTURE.
In practice we wanted to relax but we could not do it due to lack of privacy, indeed we had an unwelcome guest, both in the room and in the bathroom, or two gekis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sita in posizione strategica. Dalle immagini su internet sembra più bella e grande. Consegnata con pulizie effettuate in maniera approssimativa. Richiedono 50 centesimi per ogni kW consumato in più rispetto a 10 kW giornalieri, ma la villa, di suo, tra scaldabagno, autoclave e motore della piscina, consuma in standby, circa 2kw/h. Per cui, usando qualche ora il condizionatore, si eccede facilmente. Le camere sono caldissime e la suite non ha il bidet.
Located in a strategic position. From the pictures on the internet it looks more beautiful and bigger. Delivered with cleaning done roughly. They require 50 cents for each kW consumed more than 10 kW per day, but the villa itself, including water heater, autoclave and pool motor, consumes about 2kw / h in standby. So, using the air conditioner for a few hours, it is easily exceeded. The rooms are very hot and the suite does not have a bidet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza Magnifica, proprietari cordiali e propositivi, villa immersa nel verde. Abbiamo prenotato la camera familiare e ci siamo ritrovati con una vera e propria suite di 65 mq. Colazione con cornetti freschi e ogni ben di Dio. Cosa dire di questa esperienza fantastica . Consigliato per famiglie e gruppi la villa sorge a 3 minuti da Castellammare ma nello stesso tempo vicina e baricentrica a tutti i luoghi che si vuol visitare. Grazie Giovanna la tua Villa e la tua accoglienza ci rimarranno nel cuore sempre
Magnificent experience, friendly and proactive owners, villa surrounded by greenery. We booked the family room and we ended up with a real 65 sqm suite. Breakfast with fresh croissants and every good thing. What to say about this fantastic experience. Recommended for families and groups, the villa is located 3 minutes from Castellammare but at the same time near and central to all the places you want to visit. Thanks Giovanna, your Villa and your welcome will always remain in our hearts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono stato 3 anni fa e ancora me lo ricordo. Venduto per 2 camere invece era un ambiente unico arrangiato per 5 posti letto, il proprietario continuava a insistere che quelle fossero due stanze, senza porte o null'altro di divisione. In piena campagna senza zanzariere. Nella stanza proprio di fronte ad un piccolissimo bagno c'è una porta finestra con vetro trasparente che porta al salone della struttura. Gli altri ospiti potevano vedere dentro la nostra stanza. La tanto decantata piscina non è altro che una vasca esterna di quelle hobbistiche. Stanza grande con un solo condizionatore che non riusciva a soddisfare la presenza di 5 persone d'estate in una struttura senza alcun isolamento termico. Nessuna televisione in stanza. A colazione vengono offerte merendine da discount in quantità limitatissima. Il parcheggio dell'auto anche questo decantato, non è altro che un posto in mezzo alla strada polverosa che porta alla casa, quando qualcuno degli ospiti parcheggia male, i vicini di casa si mettono a suonare il clacson per fare spostare le auto a qualsiasi ora. Potrei continuare con svariate assurdità, ma vi invito a provare l'ebbrezza di un campeggio venduto per un BnB di altissimo livello.
I was there 3 years ago and I still remember it. Sold for 2 rooms instead it was a unique environment arranged for 5 beds, the owner continued to insist that those were two rooms, without doors or nothing else of division. In the countryside without mosquito nets. In the room right in front of a very small bathroom there is a glass door that leads to the living room of the structure. The other guests could see inside our room. The much vaunted swimming pool is nothing more than an outdoor pool for hobbyists. Large room with only one air conditioner that could not satisfy the presence of 5 people in summer in a structure without any thermal insulation. No television in the room. At breakfast, snacks are offered by discount stores in very limited quantities. The car parking also praised this, is nothing more than a place in the middle of the dusty road that leads to the house, when some of the guests park badly, the neighbors start sounding the horn to make the cars move at any time . I could go on with various absurdities, but I invite you to experience the thrill of a campsite sold for a very high level BnB.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The house has been in the proprietors family for 150 year.Traditional Italian style.It is in a quiet area with an above ground pool in the car parking area of the garden.The best thing about this B&B is the Mama that looks after you,she could not do enough to make you feel welcome.
