Cucina di pessima fattura, pasta e riso scotti serviti macchiando gli ospiti. Bagni sporchissimi. Mi fermo qui. Location with unwatchable pool, green water and turbid not even a jebbia .. lawn not even sheared, the grass was 10 cm high. Bad cooking, overcooked pasta and rice served staining the guests. Very dirty bathrooms. I stop here.

Mi sono sposata ad agosto, la Villa Francesca esteticamente parlando è il top, ma il servizio è stato assolutamente pessimo, una delusione totale. Nel menù non sono stati rispettati i piatti accordati in precedenza. I camerieri erano assenti per gli ospiti, nei piatti pochissimo cibo(quasi un assaggio) . Io ho scelto il buffet di dolci , ma è stato una presa in giro, le torte erano 4 contate e molti invitati non hanno avuto il tempo di assaggiarne nemmeno una perché erano già finite. Tra l'altro predisposte malissimo, su una tavolata lunga e le cose da bere in un tavolo rotondo,le persone per un bicchiere di spumante dovevano fare la fila. Inoltre, la mia torta doveva essere bianca ,loro invece hanno messo delle rose rosse(fuori dal mio tema),senza che nessuno glielo avesse concesso. PS. Anche i proprietari ,erano gentili ma per contattarli dovevo provarci per diversi giorni. LO SCONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE!!!! Good evening everyone, I speak as a bride. I got married in August, the Villa Francesca aesthetically speaking is the top, but the service was absolutely bad, a total disappointment. Previously agreed dishes were not respected on the menu. The waiters were absent for the guests, in the dishes very little food (almost a taste). I chose the dessert buffet, but it was a joke, the cakes were 4 counted and many guests did not have time to taste even one because they were already finished. Among other things badly arranged, on a long table and things to drink on a round table, people for a glass of sparkling wine had to queue. Also, my cake had to be white, instead they put red roses (outside my theme), without anyone having given it to them. PS. The owners were also nice but to contact them I had to try for several days. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT !!!!

Ovviamente il tutto era stato confermato 20 giorni fa. L appuntamento era per oggi, 07/08/2019 alle ore 10:30 Arriviamo in villa, suoniamo e non risponde nessuno. Chiamiamo al numero che era presente al cancello e il numero era errato. Chiamamo al numero presente all email scambiateci. Mi dicono che si erano dimenticati dell appuntamento! Non ci andrei nemmeno se qualcuno mi invitasse a pranzo!!!! Poco rispettosi! We assume that we are not from the area and that we had booked a visit to the villa for a wedding. Obviously everything had been confirmed 20 days ago. The appointment was for today, 07/08/2019 at 10:30 We arrive at the villa, we play and no one answers. We call the number that was present at the gate and the number was incorrect. We call the number present at the e-mail exchange. They tell me they forgot about the appointment! I wouldn't even go there if someone invited me to lunch !!!! Not very respectful!
