Finalmente un posto dove anche i miei due cani si son potuti godere la vacanze Beautiful house 2 steps from the sea, with many services and usable spaces. Free parking. Finally a place where even my two dogs have been able to enjoy their holidays

Il proprietario molto cortese e la responsabile molto precisa e disponibile. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente . Grazie per aver reso questo soggiorni ancora più bello! Beautiful structure, just arrived and for the whole time of our stay we had excellent hospitality. The owner is very courteous and the manager is very precise and helpful. We will definitely be back. La gestione è familiare, molto attenta a mettere a proprio agio gli ospiti. Ottima la posizione, a due passi dal mare, la spiaggia si intravede dalla villa con giardino ben curato. Ottimo per un soggiorno da favola. I really feel like recommending this guesthouse. Bright and spacious rooms, furnished with extreme taste and attention to detail. Impeccable cleanliness. The management is familiar, very careful to put guests at ease. Excellent location, a stone's throw from the sea, the beach can be glimpsed from the villa with well-kept garden. Great for a fabulous stay.

Resterete a bocca aperta sia per la bellezza della struttura che per l'ospitalità. Consiglio stanza a piano terra con idromassaggio. Excellent structure, cared for down to the last detail and equipped with every comfort. If you go to Cirò Marina do not hesitate to stay at Villa Floriana! You will be amazed both by the beauty of the structure and by the hospitality. Council room on the ground floor with whirlpool.
M	Miryam Barbera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato in questa struttura ma dopo 10 ore di viaggio in macchina siamo arrivati a Cirò Marina e la struttura non è all'indirizzo comunicato. Abbiamo perso un ora alla ricerca della struttura. Arrivati nella villa l'accoglienza è stata pessima. Avevamo comunicato che avendo un cane di media taglia avrei avuto bisogno di tenerlo con me. Nonostante i messaggi della struttura in cui confermavano tale possibilità,al mio arrivo mi è stato negato l'accesso alla struttura e con molto maleducazione mi è stato intimato di andare via. Ho dovuto dopo 10 ore di auto riprendere a guidare per spostarmi in Sicilia senza poter riposare ne ristorarci. Tale avvenimento ha compromesso le mie vacanze. Questa struttura non è affidabile e no da buoni servizi come invece indica booking. Inoltre appena ho fatto presente il tutto alla responsabile della struttura l'Asia unica risposta è stata:" è un errore di booking che decide cosa mettere negli annunci". Mi sembra assurdo e molto poco professionale. Un'esperienza da non rifare. I booked in this structure but after 10 hours of travel by car we arrived in Cirò Marina and the structure is not at the address indicated. We have lost an hour in search of the structure. Arriving in the villa the reception was very bad. We had communicated that having a medium-sized dog I would need to keep it with me. Despite the messages of the structure in which they confirmed this possibility, on my arrival I was denied access to the structure and with a lot of rudeness I was told to leave. I had to drive again 10 hours later to move to Sicily without being able to rest or refresh myself. This event compromised my holidays. This structure is not reliable and no good services like booking indicates. Furthermore, as soon as I mentioned it to the person in charge of the structure, Asia was the only answer: "it is a booking error that decides what to put in the advertisements". It seems absurd and very unprofessional. An experience not to be redone.
B	Benny Lo Presti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto eccellente dalla pulizia della camera(ogni 3 giorni cambio lenzuola e asciugamani), alla cucina da condividere con 4 famiglie,non pensavo ma è fattibile, al bagno impeccabile...per non parlare del prato che circonda la villa ultra curato con ulivi e palme. Comodo anche fattore parcheggio visto che c'è l'area apposta. La mia camera godeva di una terrazza vista mare favolosa. L'accoglienza è stata gradevole visto che la signora Francesca è molto solare e disponibile. Uscendo dalla villa la città di Cirò ha tutto a portata di mano dalla spiaggia al panettiere alla pescheria...Spero di ritornare in futuro,GRAZIE VILLA FLORIANA. Everything excellent from the cleaning of the room (every 3 days I change sheets and towels), to the kitchen to share with 4 families, I didn't think but it is feasible, to the impeccable bathroom ... not to mention the lawn surrounding the ultra-well-kept villa with olive trees and palms. Convenient parking factor also since there is a designated area. My room had a fabulous sea view terrace. The reception was pleasant as Ms. Francesca is very cheerful and helpful. Leaving the villa, the town of Cirò has everything at hand from the beach to the baker at the fish market ... I hope to return in the future, GRAZIE VILLA FLORIANA.
S	Salvo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima struttura ricettiva a 300 metri dal mare. Ha in totale 4 camere arredate con gusto e stile. Le stanze sono climatizzate e comodissime, due delle quali con bagno in camera e nella più grande vi è la vasca idromassaggio. La struttura offre una hall con TV e una cucina in comune. In giardino oltre ai tavoli ci sono alcune sdraio. Inoltre c'è anche un bellissimo barbecue per fare ottime grigliate. I gestori sono molto cortesi e sempre disponibili. Ritornerò sicuramente in futuro. Excellent accommodation 300 meters from the sea. It has a total of 4 rooms furnished with taste and style. The rooms are air conditioned and very comfortable, two of them with private bathroom and in the biggest there is the hot tub. The property offers a lobby with a TV and a shared kitchen. In addition to the garden tables are a few deckchairs. In addition there is also a beautiful barbecue to make excellent barbecues. The managers are very courteous and always available. I will definitely return in the future.
