★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful palace! It feels like a palace, everything old and off quality. Maintenance well kept on the property, dining excellent, room's wonderful with quality wood and craftsmanship! Wonderful and friendly staff. It's like staying in a castle ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel, but they should care a little about the luggage of the customers. There isn't pathway to use and the rocks in the floor destroy the whells of the luggage

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern hotel comfort in the classic setting of a XXL 1735 family home with 80+ rooms. Superb atmosphere, friendly personel. Only set back is the horrendous accoustics of the right wing dining.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent achievement with a reasonable price, room is clean and comfortable, food is great. The distance to lake Garda is acceptable, especially to Salo(within 30 minutes). For the guests don’t necessarily need the lake view or close to lake, this hotel is strongly recommended, we will definitely come again if we revisit Garda lake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great palace hotel, would never pay the normal price but it's great value with their covid-pricing. Breakfast is plentiful with fresh croissants & orange juice. Coffee is also amazing. And the breakfast on the terrace, in the shade with views of the palace

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel offers large rooms with high ceilings, the decor is of classic style with a minibar and good ventilation. Unfortunately the fridge in our room did not work.
The view from our hotel room was straight into a wall and we had no balcony, wich we were hoping for. During our stay we received great service from the staff and we felt welcome. The gym was good, with many dumbbells, machines. Treadmills and exercise bikes. The breakfast was very good.
Over all great value for the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a really pretty and diffrent location. Felt more like Paris. The building is gorgeous. The inside could be done up with a little more love, but it is very very clean
The staff is super friendly and the breakfast is fresh, nice coffee and delicious croissants. The public restrooms are not as clean as he rest. But all in all I would book again.

The breakfast is plentiful and freshly made every day servers are attentive and always friendly in the restaurant.
The rooms and building are maintained to the highest level and the grounds are impeccably beautiful!!!
