p	pitcairnbeach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine schöne Unterkunft mit Blick auf's Meer und vom Hof aus auch auf den Ätna. Recht abgelegen, ruhig und in der Nacht auch noch richtig dunkel. Der Vermieter ist ein zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Sizilianer mit guten Englischkenntnissen. Leider nicht ganz barrierefrei - der Eingang besteht aus einer hohen Stufe (ließe sich eine Rampe anstellen) und Schlafzimmer und Bad sind mit Rollstuhl nicht erreichbar, da es zu eng ist. Weil die Unterkunft jedoch als barrierefrei ausgeschrieben war nur 4 Sterne. A beautiful accommodation overlooking the sea and from the courtyard on the Etna. Quite remote, quiet and dark at night. The landlord is a courteous, helpful Sicilian with good English language skills. Unfortunately not completely accessible - the entrance consists of a high level (could make a ramp) and bedroom and bathroom are wheelchair not accessible, because it is too narrow. Because the accommodation was advertised as barrier-free only 4 stars.

L'appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato è quello moderno con l'area Living aperto al giardino curato, ha tutti i comfort, letti comodi e stoviglie per cucinare. Beautiful place immersed in the countryside. The apartment we stayed in is modern with the Living area open to the landscaped garden, has all the amenities, comfortable beds and dishes for cooking.

Vi sembra normale svegliarsi la mattina e non trovare Acqua? Come si fa in queste condizioni con dei bambini e con le normali esigenze fisiche? Questa è la nostra situazione attuale...aspettare che arrivi l'auto botte a portare l'acqua. Che voto merita questa struttura? ZERO I think that when you give an opinion on a structure or write a review you have to be honest. Does it seem normal to you to arrive and not find water? Does it seem normal to you to wake up in the morning and not find water? How do you manage in these conditions with children and with normal physical needs? This is our current situation ... waiting for the barrel car to bring water. What rating does this property deserve? ZERO
V	Veronica Piras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soggiorno da incubo! Avevamo prenotato per 4 notti ... Ma siamo dovuti andare via già il primo giorno! Ragni e ragnatele ovunque che addirittura le sentivi addosso! Nessuna luce nelle camere e nelle scale.. abbiamo usato le luci dei telefoni x nn cadere! Vermi nei letti tra le coperte e nei cuscini .. formiche sui divani ... Ragni nei piatti e nei bicchieri ... Lavandino della cucina pieno di terreno e muffa... Frigo e condizionatori nn funzionanti! E per i gestori era tutto normale !!! Sconvolgente !! Ed inoltre nessun rispetto delle normative anticovid! Nightmare stay! We had booked for 4 nights ... But we had to leave already on the first day! Spiders and cobwebs everywhere that you even felt them on! No lights in the rooms and stairs .. we used the lights of the phones x nn fall! Worms in the beds between the blankets and pillows .. ants on the sofas ... Spiders in the dishes and glasses ... Kitchen sink full of soil and mold ... Fridge and air conditioners not working! And for the managers everything was normal !!! Shocking !! And also no compliance with the anticovid regulations!
