Arrived at 9pm there was nobody at the reception..Room keys on the reception desk ... Nobody to check ID, Green pass ... Stop for a passing night ... We will never go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pazzesco ragazzi! ho appena accompagnato i miei amici in questa specie di albergo grotta.. e siccome questo immenso posto tutto al buio ha soltanto 3 parcheggi e tutti e 3 erano occupati, ho accostato la macchina per lasciare giu le valigie dei miei amici. i proprietari vedendo la macchina accostata, tempo 2 minuti sono usciti infuriati chiedendomi chi ero, cosa facevo e un sacco di altre domande che nemmeno ho fatto in tempo a rispondere e subito sono stato cacciato via con ancora una loro valigia rimasta in macchina. piu volte mi hanno ripetuto di non essere loro cliente in modo cattivissimo. in realta avrei voluto prima togliere le valigie dei miei amici per poi chiedere informazioni sull alloggio. dopo questa pessima esperienza penso di non metterci mai piu piede in vita mia. il rispetto prima di tutto.
Crazy guys! I have just accompanied my friends to this kind of cave hotel .. and since this immense place all in the dark has only 3 parking spaces and all 3 were occupied, I pulled up the car to leave my friends' suitcases down. the owners seeing the car pulled over, in 2 minutes they went out angry asking me who I was, what I was doing and a lot of other questions that I didn't even have time to answer and immediately I was chased away with one of their suitcases still left in the car. I have repeatedly told me that I am not their client in a very bad way. actually I would have liked to first remove my friends' suitcases and then ask for information about the accommodation. after this bad experience I think I will never set foot in my life again. respect first of all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, quiet hotel located a lttle far from the center but still withinin easy and safe walking distance. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good, but if you're not Italian, you might be carving more food after eating it. Because the town is not too visited, they're not ope 24/7, so you have to communicate them your plans.
This is my second stay here., and I still find it a nice choice :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. We arrived and there was no one in the reception. Anyone could literally enter and take the keys from behind the counter. The premises are incredibly dated (it felt like an old convent), needs to be refurbished. The hallway infront of our room smelled like cigarettes.
They do not ask for the guests ID documents.
