Viene aiutata e accudita dalle gentilissime operatrici del Nucleo Arancio: Angela, Barbara, Stefania e Maria, che organizzano anche numerose attività per intrattenere e divertire gli ospiti. Le ragazze del nucleo arancio,Angela,Barbara,Maria e Stefania,molto preparate,attente e sempre gentilissime,l' hanno fatta sentire fin da subito a casa sua. Ne siamo molto soddisfatti! Il personale del nucleo blu, dove una nostra zia é ospite, é altamente professionale, affabile e di una gentilezza unica, svolgono le loro mansioni veramente in maniera impeccabile, dedicandosi agli ospiti con tutto l'amore possibile, senza far mancare loro l'affetto ed il vivere quotidiano di una famiglia. Ritengo che i nostri cari stiano veramente in ottime mani e ringrazio Dio che al giorno d'oggi esistano ancora persone del genere che con le loro capacità riescono ad infondere serenità e barlumi di felicità ai nostri parenti. Si distingue anche per la sua cucina, saporita e pulitissima. Il personale è il Top, professionale e preparato e ammirevole, dal primo all’ultimo, sopratutto il nucleo verde è composto da lavoratori con un grosso cuore, trattano gli ospiti come se fossero dei propri familiari. It is called home hotel for the elderly, well it really is, very well kept, comfortable and clean, the owners are very easy-going, simple and friendly people, really nice people. It also stands out for its tasty and clean cooking. Scrivo la mia esperienza perché nessuna persona umana deve sopportare quello che ha sopportato la mia famiglia e soprattutto mia zia Carmela, del piano Verde con responsabile Giovanna Cicci, Carla Di Domenico, Imma Laurato e Barbara sotto la responsabilità di Rosalba Fioretti. Sono state disumane hanno fatto prendere un fungo della pelle a mia zia approfittando del lock down non l hanno lavata e curata. Questo fungo le si espanso per tutto il corpo, loro dicevano che era una cosa neurologica secondo la loro alta laurea in medicina inesistente. La struttura è intestata alla madre della responsabile ultrasettantenne. Quando abbiamo portato via mia zia da questo lager, non ci hanno voluto nemmeno restituire gli oggetti personali e i vestiti di mia zia, si sono tenuti la fornitura di pannolini per rivenderla ad altri poveri malcapitati. Lí dentro sono tutte complici per paura di perdere il posto di lavoro, pedine di Rosalba Fioretti. If you love your elders, get away from this place. Premesso un doveroso ringranziamento alla gentile proprietaria Rosalba per la disponibilità,l'ho tempesta di chiamate e non ha battuto ciglio ma anzi si è premurata di tenermi aggiornata sulle novità,quindi per i modi e la serietà;devo in maniera specifica ringraziare per il lavoro svolto con abnegazione e impressionante umanità il nucleo verde che si è occupato di mja suocera e nello specifico di:Giovanna Cicci,Nigriello Barbara,Imma Laurato e infine ma non per importanza Di domenico Carla. Con tutte ho da subito stabilito un rapporto che si può definire d'amicizia. Professionali,disponibili e umane a voi che lavorate col cuore dico grazie. Consiglio vivamente queste strutture in quanto ho potuto verificare:correttezza,grande professionalita',grande sensibilita' nei confronti dei ns. cari ed in particolare nell'Anno 2020 la propieta' è stata in grado di gestire egregiamente il contenimento covid-19 limitando a 0 casi all'interno delle stesse.Le strutture della famiglia Fioretti Villa delle Rose,Villa Diana e Villa Minerva , a mio avviso possono essere definite nel complesso Italiano l'eccellenza da prendere esempio ,ed anche l'orgoglio della citta' di Napoli.
