★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per la scorrettezza della proprietà. Fanno tanto i precisini e si perdono in un bicchier d’acqua. Ci siamo stati per quasi un anno con la mia compagna che era la locataria. Più di 600 euro di affitto per struttura con mura in cartongesso, mobili di scarsissima qualità, infiltrazioni di umidità lasciate a se nonostante gli innumerevoli solleciti. Per la stessa umidità ci informa di voler eseguire un trattamento con un prodotto chimico che mi garantisce di essere totalmente atossico dopo che avevo comunicato la mia compagna in stato interessante. Fortunatamente ci siamo rifiutati e andati a controllare la scheda del prodotto, la casa produttrice per il rischio di tossicità consigliava locale posto in totale areazione per due giorni con impossibilità di abitabilità. Il letto matrimoniale a cassettone con il fondo rigonfio per l’imidità che filtrava, macchia il materasso il quale ci viene addebitato per 250 euro e preso modello dello stesso, proveniente da mondo convenienza, notiamo che viene venduto a 90 euro. Ampio giardino senza una locazione per stendere la biancheria. Beh posto da dimenticare se non altro per i gestori proprietari
