La villa è stata costruita su un piano artificiale, era formata da un grande giardino con diversi ambienti, uno dei quali è parzialmente conservato. Si tratta di un ambiente dalla pianta circolare di cui è ancora visibile quasi la metà della copertura della cupola che costituiva uno degli ambienti termali. Il luogo è facilmente raggiungibile entrando da via Lemonia (altezza del civico 29-31). La villa essendo all'interno del parco degli acquedotti Romani è aperta H24 e l'ingresso è gratuito. The villa was built on an artificial level, it was formed by a large garden with several rooms, one of which is partially preserved. It is an environment with a circular plan of which almost half of the dome cover that constituted one of the thermal rooms is still visible. The place is easily reachable by entering from via Lemonia (height of number 29-31). Being inside the park of the Roman aqueducts, the villa is open 24 hours a day and admission is free.

Le indagini archeologiche hanno evidenziato ben cinque periodi di vita della villa, dal I al VI sec. d.C.; realizzata in opera mista di reticolato laterizio e in opera listata. Tra i resti più in vista è possibile osservare le strutture di una zona termale: una vasta aula a pianta circolare coperta a cupola, circondata da altri piccoli ambienti absidati, in cui si conserva uno dei più antichi esempi di utilizzo di anfore per l’alleggerimento della struttura. La villa appartenne a Quinto Servilio Pudente noto costruttore del tempo di laterizi e legato alla famiglia imperiale. Walking towards the north side of the park, along Via Lemonia (towards the Quadraro), it is possible to admire the remains of one of the largest villas in the suburbs of Ancient Rome. Archaeological investigations have highlighted five periods of the villa's life, from the 1st to the 6th century. A.D.; made in mixed work of brick reticulate and in listed work. Among the most visible remains it is possible to observe the structures of a thermal area: a vast circular hall with a domed roof, surrounded by other small apsidal rooms, which houses one of the oldest examples of the use of amphorae for lightening of the structure. The villa belonged to Quinto Servilio Pudente, a well-known brick builder of the time and linked to the imperial family.

Per i bambini c'è un'area giochi recintata e attrezzata. Beautiful park, where to bring the family and for dogs there is also a space dedicated to them where they can let them run. For children there is a fenced and equipped play area.
