Tutto molto piacevole a cominciare dall'antica dimora,immersa in un parco secolare, arredata in perfetto stile e dove aleggia ancora la presenza di chi l'ha abitata in passato. La posizione è ottimale sia per chi vuole concedersi una vacanza al mare sia per chi desidera visitare le bellezze naturali dell'entroterra , le splendide città d'arte ed i borghi vicini. Al mattino si può gustare un'abbondante colazione sulla terrazza che si affaccia sul parco. Siamo stati accolti dal proprietario , Marcello Priori, che ci ha seguiti con i suoi consigli competenti e la sua discreta presenza durante il soggiorno. Da consigliare a chi si vuole regalare qualche giorno di relax in zona. Mirella Sansoni We stayed last week a few nights at the Villa dei Priori. All very pleasant starting from the ancient residence, immersed in a centuries-old park, furnished in perfect style and where the presence of those who lived there still hovers. The location is excellent both for those who want to enjoy a beach holiday and for those who want to visit the natural beauties of the hinterland, the splendid cities of art and the nearby villages. In the morning you can enjoy a hearty breakfast on the terrace overlooking the park. We were greeted by the owner, Marcello Priori, who followed us with his competent advice and his discreet presence during our stay. R	Roberto Feliziani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastica villa sulla collina, immersa tra il verde. Camere spaziose e confortevoli, in stile retrò veramente affascinante. Parco sul retro, con ampio prato all'inglese e alberi ombrosi. Proprietario simpatico e molto disponibile. Al piano terra, con gestione diversa dalla Country House, c'è anche un ristorante tipico, di buona qualità e prezzi onesti. La struttura è collegata molto comodamente al casello autostradale, ed è in una posizione da cui sono facilmente raggiungibili sia il mare di San Benedetto che le montagne di Ascoli Piceno. Fantastic villa on the hill, surrounded by greenery. Spacious and comfortable rooms, in a truly charming retro style. Park at the back, with a large lawn and shady trees. Friendly and very helpful owner. On the ground floor, with management different from the Country House, there is also a typical restaurant, of good quality and fair prices. The structure is very conveniently connected to the motorway exit, and is in a position from which both the sea of San Benedetto and the mountains of Ascoli Piceno are easily reachable.

La struttura avrebbe bisogno di alcuni interventi migliorativi per essere definita una dimora storica. Le immagini sul sito non corrispondono totalmente alla situazione attuale anche per la mancanza del ristorante che aprirà prossimamente. Abbiamo comunque soggiornato senza particolari problemi in questa struttura che ha un prezzo adeguato. A b & b that can be a good base for visiting the Marche villages. Breakfast ok. Cleaning ok as well as the daily change of bath towels. The structure would need some improvements to be defined as a historic home. The images on the site do not fully correspond to the current situation also due to the lack of the restaurant that will open soon. However, we stayed without any particular problems in this structure which has an adequate price.

La struttura e il parco caratteristici e curatissimi, le sale del ristorante sono ricavate il locali con splendide volte a mattoni, probabilmente le antiche cantine della villa. Ambiente raffinato, servizio di buon livello e molto professionale. Il menù non eccessivamente ampio ma presenta comunque una buona scelta. Antipasti, primi, secondi, tutto cucinato con creativa professionalità. Il prezzo è superiore alla media dei ristoranti della zona ma adeguato se si tiene conto del livello. Se volete fare bella figura è il posto adatto. An elegant restaurant for a special evening. The structure and the characteristic and well-kept park, the rooms of the restaurant are obtained from the premises with splendid brick vaults, probably the ancient cellars of the villa. Refined atmosphere, good and very professional service. The menu is not overly extensive but still has a good choice. Appetizers, first and second courses, all cooked with creative professionalism. The price is above the average of the restaurants in the area but adequate if you take into account the level. If you want to make a good impression, this is the right place.
