Quattro stanze, 3 bagni, una zona giorno ampia con camino e una comoda cucina oltre ad altre stanze che ti danno la possibilità di vivere serenamente anche in 10 ospiti. Qualcosa da rinnovare per quanto riguarda i materassi e le TV ma è secondario rispetto alla tranquillità che ti trasmette quell'ambiente lacustre e di campagna. A completare il tutto uno splendido ambiente esterno, la piscina e due docili asinelli da accarezzare.

Unique panorama. Super nice owner.
Four rooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living area with fireplace and a comfortable kitchen as well as other rooms that give you the chance to live peacefully even in 10 guests. Something to renew as far as mattresses and TVs are concerned, but it is secondary to the tranquility that that lake and countryside environment conveys to you. To complete it all, a splendid outdoor environment, the swimming pool and two docile donkeys to pet.

Una vacanza all'insegna del relax!
Posizione ottima, splendido panorama, piscina molto bella, grandi spazi esterni ed interni.
La casa, immersa nel verde, è grandissima, silenziosa, molto accogliente e fornita di ogni confort E'un punto strategico per visitare Umbria e Toscana.
I proprietari sono gentilissimi, disponibili ed accettano volentieri gli animali !
La consiglio vivamente e sicuramente ci torneremo.

A relaxing holiday!
Great location, beautiful view, very nice pool, large outdoor and indoor spaces.
The house, surrounded by greenery, is huge, quiet, very welcoming and equipped with every comfort. It is a strategic point to visit Umbria and Tuscany.
The owners are very kind, available and willingly accept animals!
I highly recommend it and will definitely come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vista sul lago Trasimeno mozzafiato. Piscina, ampi spazi per stare all'aria aperta, camino, zona apposita per il barbecue, due simpatici asinelli per far contenti i bimbi ecc.
La casa poi è molto spaziosa pulita e accogliente.
Insomma niente da eccepire anche per i proprietari persone squisite e didponibili.
Ideale per una lunga vacanza in una zona splendida dell'Italia.
Uniche cose migliorabili, un televisore più moderno e dei materassi anch'essi più moderni.
View of the breathtaking Trasimeno lake. Swimming pool, plenty of space for being outdoors, fireplace, a special area for the barbecue, two nice donkeys to keep the kids happy, etc.
The house is very clean and welcoming.
In short, nothing to complain even for the owners exquisite and available people.
Ideal for a long vacation in a beautiful area of Italy.
The only things that can be improved are a more modern TV and more modern mattresses.
