Gestori gentilissimi e discreti. Camere d altri tempi ma accoglienti. Beautiful and evocative place full of history and where time seems to stand still. Silence and peace for those who want to recharge. Excellent wine of course. Very kind and discreet managers. Rooms from other times but welcoming.

Una buena manera de conocer la Toscana acompañado de una magnífica cata de vinos de propia cosecha. Beautiful Italian villa that transports you back in time. Incredible price quality. A good way to get to know Tuscany accompanied by a magnificent homegrown wine tasting.

Die Villa ist wunderschön gelegen inmitten der toskanischen Hügeln, wir waren komplett verzaubert vom ersten Moment an. Besonders schön war für uns, dass wir ein paar Tage die einzigen Gäste waren und die ganze Villa für uns hatten (diese Luxus-Situation wird es aber vermutlich nie wieder geben...). Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer war wunderschön und wir fühlten uns von Frank und Sofie sehr nett betreut. Von ihnen bekamen wir auch wertvolle Tipps über Restaurants und schöne Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Danke Euch und viele Grüße an Euch beide! Und unbekannterweise auch an den Grafen, den wir allerdings nicht antrafen. Fantastic location and small a little enchanted ... The villa is beautifully situated in the middle of the Tuscan hills, we were completely enchanted from the first moment. It was particularly nice for us that we were the only guests for a few days and had the whole villa to ourselves (but this luxury situation will probably never happen again ...). The view from our room was beautiful and we felt very nicely looked after by Frank and Sofie. They also gave us valuable tips about restaurants and beautiful excursion destinations in the area. Thank you and best regards to both of you! And unknown to the Count, whom we did not meet.
A	Andrea Draghi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa del '500 in tutto e per tutto. Struttura da restaurare completamente. Suite inadeguata secondo le regole dell' hotellerie. Manca frigo bar, zanzariere condizionatore. Alla sera bisogna lottare con le zanzare anziché dormire. Sulla piscina cala l'ombra alle 17.30 per colpa di alberi troppo alti. La colazione è servita in una specie di scantinato abbastanza inquietante ed è molto scarsa. potrebbe essere servita sul bellissimo terrazzo panoramico all'aperto. La camera non viene mai rifatta durante il soggiorno e i cestini mai svuotati. Inoltre gli asciugamani mai cambiati per tutto il soggiorno. Direi imbarazzante tutto ciò spero le cose possano migliorare repentinamente. Villa of the '500 in all respects. Structure to be completely restored. Inadequate suite according to the rules of the hotel. Lacks mini bar, air conditioner mosquito nets. In the evening you have to fight with mosquitoes instead of sleeping. Shade falls on the pool at 5.30 pm due to too tall trees. The breakfast is served in a rather creepy sort of basement and is very poor. it could be served on the beautiful outdoor panoramic terrace. The room is never redone during the stay and the bins never emptied. Plus the towels never changed throughout our stay. I would say embarrassing all this I hope things can improve suddenly.

Wir allerdings wollten die Weine des Grafen testen und fanden Platz unter alten Bäumen mit einem traumhaften Blick in die Täler der Toscana um Gambassi Terme. Das Weinangebot reichte aus den Lagen der Toscana bis nach Apulien. Wirklich weitläufig und abwechslungsreich. Gut ausgebaute Rotweine, einen Rosé und eine Olivenöl-Probe. Wir können zum Einen den Service wirklich empfehlen - mit viel Wissen und kleinen Anekdoten brachte uns der Holländer die Weine nah- zum anderen waren die Weine wirklich empfehlenswert. Insgesamt ein tolles Tasting in wirklich bemerkenswerter Atmosphäre. Gern wieder und mit Empfehlung. If you like romantic fairytale castles, you've come to the right place :-). However, we wanted to test the Count's wines and found space under old trees with a wonderful view of the valleys of Tuscany around Gambassi Terme. The wine range reached from the Toscana to Apulia. Really spacious and varied. Well-developed red wines, a rosé and an olive oil sample. On the one hand, we can really recommend the service - the Dutchman brought us the wines with a lot of knowledge and little anecdotes - on the other hand, the wines were really recommendable. Overall, a great tasting in a really remarkable atmosphere. Gladly again and with recommendation.

Definitely because our hosts seem to enjoy the time, without being pushy about selling. They produce also a nice olive oil. Definitely worth a visit!
