★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attualmente è del comune,regalatagli da donna Paola Piaggio.. è stata adibita a biblioteca comunale fino a circa 10 anni fa. Ora vi celebrano i matrimoni civili e vi fanno varie mostre.. È una struttura antica su due piani più sottotetto, circondata da ambito giardino con piante che definirei secolari..
