Giardino e piscina ottimi elementi di relax e svago senza doversi muovere. Good base for various excursions, excellent location, attention to detail and mutual respect. Garden and swimming pool excellent elements for relaxation and recreation without having to move.
L	Lidvina Riedl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben diese Unterkunft über Bookiply gebucht. Die Ankunft war im Zeitraum von 15:00 - 19:00 Uhr angegeben. Als wir um 17:45 Uhr angekommen sind, wurden wir leider sehr gestresst und hektisch empfangen. Die Dame vom Empfang brachte uns zu unserem Appartment und verabschiedete sich mit den Worten "wenn es noch Fragen gibt dann jetzt, denn ich habe jetzt um 18:00 Uhr Feierabend - tschüss". Unsere Ferienwohnung Nummer 6 war liebevoll eingerichtet, für zwei Personen war es ganz gut, für 4 Personen können wir es nicht empfehlen. U.a. gibt es auch keinen Kleiderschrank oder eine andere Möglichkeit Koffer und Gepäck zu verstauen, was alles sehr beengt. Der Turm hat definitiv Charme und ist etwas besonderes. Die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig (viel Staub, dreckige Toiletten, usw.). Der beworbene Pool war nicht geöffnet und es gab auch keine Liegen - schade, denn bei knapp 22⁰ hätten wir uns darüber sehr gefreut. Die Küche ist nicht gut ausgestattet, selbst Kochen ist eher schwierig, daher waren wir meist auswärts essen. Das größte Manko für uns war jedoch die Lage der Unterkunft: wie beworben ist man zwar in knapp 1,1km am See, jedoch ohne schöne Promenade o.ä.! Der Ortskern von Desenzano hingegen ist knapp 4,5km entfernt, zu Fuß also sehr schlecht zu erreichen. Ebenso liegt das Gebäude direkt an einer viel befahrenen Hauptstraße, was gerade nachts zu einem unangenehmen Geräuschpegel führt. Bei uns hat sich leider kein wirkliches Urlaubsfeeling eingestellt - wir würden nicht mehr wieder kommen. We booked this accommodation through Bookiply. The arrival was between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 5:45 p.m., we were received very stressed and hectic. The receptionist took us to our apartment and said goodbye with the words "if there are any questions, then now, because I'm off work at 6:00 p.m. - bye". Our apartment number 6 was lovingly furnished, it was quite good for two people, but we cannot recommend it for four people. Among other things, there is no wardrobe or any other way to stow suitcases and luggage, which makes everything very cramped. The tower definitely has charm and is something special. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired (a lot of dust, dirty toilets, etc.). The advertised pool wasn't open and there weren't any loungers - too bad, because at almost 22⁰ we would have been very happy about that. The kitchen is not well equipped, even cooking is rather difficult, so we mostly ate out. The biggest drawback for us, however, was the location of the accommodation: as advertised, you are in just under 1.1 km from the lake, but without a beautiful promenade or similar! The center of Desenzano, on the other hand, is about 4.5 km away, so it is very difficult to reach on foot. The building is also located directly on a busy main road, which leads to an unpleasant noise level, especially at night. Unfortunately, we didn't get a real holiday feeling - we wouldn't come back.
M	Maria Tsernobajeva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Великолепная вилла для отдыха в компании. Внимательная хозяйка, очень уютные комнаты, убранный аккуратный двор, в котором можно позагорать. Реальная площадь комнат и территории чуть меньше, чем указано на фото, использовалась, но это не мешает. Очень уютно, чисто и комфортно. К сожалению, в общую кровать не смогли дать два одеяла, но дали 2 простыни, и одно одеяло. В остальном обо всем модно договориться с персоналом. Неподалеку от виллы есть приятный променад вдоль каменистого пляжа. Magnificent villa for relaxing in the company. Attentive hostess, very comfortable rooms, clean neat yard where you can sunbathe. The real area of the rooms and the territory is slightly less than indicated in the photo, it was used, but this does not interfere. Very cosy, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, we could not give two blankets to the shared bed, but they gave 2 sheets and one blanket. Everything else is fashionable to negotiate with the staff. Not far from the villa there is a pleasant promenade along the rocky beach.
