La cordialità e la professionalità del Maître Giuseppe è stata impeccabile, da lasciare a bocca aperta, un artista unico che ha saputo interpretare a pieno il nostro tema autunnale, anche meglio di come lo avevamo immaginato. Una menzione speciale infine per il titolare, il Signor Carollo che ci ha guidati nella scelta di un menù fantasioso e dal gusto autentico, tra il tradizionale siculo e l'esotico, e ovviamente i complimenti a tutto il personale di cucina non devono mancare. The staff made us live the most important day of our life in total carefree, never making us miss anything. The friendliness and professionalism of Maître Giuseppe was flawless, to leave you speechless, a unique artist who was able to fully interpret our autumn theme, even better than we had imagined. Finally, a special mention for the owner, Mr. Carollo who guided us in choosing an imaginative menu with an authentic taste, between the traditional Sicilian and the exotic, and obviously the compliments to all the kitchen staff must not be missing. Sconsiglio vivamente. Bad experience ... I've been to a friends wedding ... literally gone haywire for a ridiculous chicken cutlet ... first life comes to the table Cruda, second time instead with raw potatoes. I strongly advise against.

Tutto é andato come nelle nostre più rosee aspettative, soprattutto grazie al m Maitre il quale si é rivelato un professionista di grande levatura, che ci ha guidato passo passo, sia nel corso della serata, sia nei giorni immediatamente antecedenti che sono i più stressanti e dove lui ci ha trasmesso serenità grazie al palese controllo della situazione cui era a capo. La serata é stata perfetta, sia nella qualità del cibo, sia nel suo svolgimento. Il proprietario della struttura, il signor Carollo, é una persona squisita. Se volete un matrimonio da favola, questa villa é straconsigliata!!! We were lucky enough to organize our wedding reception in this spectacular location.
