★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where to start...this place was a very big let down from start to finish. When we arrived it seemed as if there was no one on site. One man at the reception desk and that was it. The whole place seemed eerie and deserted. Secondly there were dead flies and insects floating in the pool...definitely not inviting at all. The "jacuzzi" pool had just two jets which hardly created a jacuzzi effect. The WiFi is very poor and slow. The "breakfast" consisted of a Lidl quality croissant served to your room and the worst coffee you can ever find in Italy. Certainly not the level of breakfast you expect of a four star hotel resort. The restaurant can't be used and instead they have sandwiches available for lunch. To end there is no gym at all despite this being described in both the hotel website and the brochure given in the room...all very strange indeed. It is very isolated in the middle of nowhere so good if you want to be off grid but bad if you want to be close to human civilization. After complaining to the hotel manager he agreed to just charge us for the night,'s stay and then changed his mind and charged us for two nights plus a random tax. All in all my girlfriend and I were so disappointed that we checked out the very next day and found a better place to stay to continue our holiday. Avoid this place like the plague.

There was a wedding on so we couldnt eat dinner in the restaurant. The spa was fully book so we couldn't get massages. The pool was teeming with dead flying ants so we couldn't swim. The breakfast is an ordinary mix of croissants, toast and fruit. All these issue can be addressed with better running of the hotel and i hope this is the case for future guests.
