★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono 44 alloggi privati con una piscina centrale ad essi.
Le abitazioni sono cielo/terra ogni una con parcheggio auto e a pian terreno bagno/doccia ..ingresso, al piano primo cucinotto ed area giorno con amplio terrazzo al piano secondo bagno e camere (2) con terrazzino ed al terzo piano, nel sottotetto camera matrimoniale con altra stanzina e in certe abitazioni è presente l'abbiano, piccolo terrazzino con bella vista ....praticamente una casa che si sviluppa in verticale, posizionata in zona periferica di Porto Santa Margherita ma non per questo priva di servizi, infatti a due passi c'è fermata autobus, piscina comunale e a 4 passi il MARE ....bar pizzeria ed anche centro sono comunque raggiungibili a piedi.......... Porto Santa Margherita è abitata anche in inverno con negozi e bar aperti!!!

The houses are sky / earth each one with car parking and on the ground floor bathroom / shower .. entrance, on the first floor kitchenette and living area with large terrace on the second floor bathroom and bedrooms (2) with small terrace and on the third floor, in the attic bedroom bedroom with another small room and in some houses there is a have, a small terrace with a beautiful view .... practically a house that develops vertically, located in the peripheral area of Porto Santa Margherita but not without services, in fact a two steps away there is a bus stop, a municipal swimming pool and 4 steps from the SEA .... bar pizzeria and also the center are still within walking distance .......... Porto Santa Margherita is also inhabited in winter with shops and bars open !!!
