Poi, un pezzetto di salmone e una lasagna che chiamarla così è troppa grazia. 3 ore per 3 portate!! Mai più!! A nightmare. Mid-August dinner. 3 courses from 9:00 pm to midnight. Difficilmente raggiungibile da chi non è della zona, qualche indicazione in più non guasterebbe. Persone volenterose e disponibili, ci hanno servito una cena agrituristica (ma non si poteva sperare di più) condita con buona musica live. The location doesn't have much to say. Ci sono stati alcuni aspetti che hanno inciso negativamente sulla mia personale esperienza ma che possono essere tranquillamente sistemati dal titolare della struttura. Il cibo è molto buono, dagli antipasti al dolce, tutto davvero fatto bene. La mia esperienza è stata negativamente colpita dal dj della serata: da dimenticare. Secondo me è cura del gestore della struttura accertarsi che anche il DJ sia altamente professionale per creare un'esperienza positiva a 360°. Inoltre sul fine serata ci avviciniamo al banco bar per chiedere degli amari (5 amari) e una persona che si definiva il "responsabile" ha affermato: " gli amari non sono inclusi nel menu, quindi non ve li posso servire", facendo fare una pessima figura al festeggiato che si è scusato nei nostri confronti con evidente imbarazzo. Ora capisco che l'amaro possa avere un costo, ma 5 bicchierini di amaro Lucano, quanto costano? Da quanto ho potuto intuire, c'era stato un problema con altre persone prima di noi, in ogni caso, non sono stati professionali. Preciso che poi gli amari ci sono stati serviti ed offerti. Tuttavia, in ogni sala che sono stato, l'amaro è sempre stato "gratis" e in ogni caso nessuno ha mai detto davanti agli invitati "non è incluso nel menù, non ve li posso servire". Nel complesso, ritengo che i presupposti per puntare alle 5 stelle ci sono tutti. Lo chef è molto molto bravo. Miglirarei anche la gestione del garden. We were guests in this beautiful location in the Coratina countryside. There were some aspects that negatively affected my personal experience but that can be easily fixed by the owner of the structure. The food is very good, from the starters to the dessert, all really well done. My experience was negatively affected by the DJ of the evening: to forget. In my opinion it is the responsibility of the manager of the structure to make sure that the DJ is also highly professional to create a positive experience at 360 °. Also at the end of the evening we approach the bar counter to ask for some amari (5 amari) and a person who called himself the "responsible" said: "the amaro are not included in the menu, so I cannot serve them", making a bad impression to the birthday boy who apologized to us with obvious embarrassment. Now I understand that amaro may have a cost, but 5 glasses of amaro Lucano, how much do they cost? From what I could guess, there had been a problem with other people before us, in any case, they were not professional. I specify that the bitters were then served and offered to us. However, in every room that I have been, the amaro has always been "free" and in any case no one has ever said in front of the guests "it is not included in the menu, I cannot serve it". Overall, I believe that the conditions to aim for 5 stars are all there. The chef is very very good. I would also improve the management of the garden.

Sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa dalla bontà di ciascun piatto che è stato curato nei minimi dettagli! Anche i miei parenti, non vegani, hanno apprezzato e gradito tutto! Un menù vario, abbondante, colorato, gustoso servito dal personale gentilissimo e disponibile anche nello scherzare con gli invitati! Lo consiglio a chiunque voglia passare una serata speciale! Ogni piatto era bello da vedere, ma soprattutto buonissimo da mangiare. Abbondante nelle portate. Struttura accogliente, con un grande giardino ben curato. Da tornarci sicuramente.
