★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente indegno e indescrivibile quanto è successo nella casa di riposo con il decesso avvenuto di mia madre il 10 aprile dopo che sono stato avvisato del tampone fatto il 06 aprile con esito positivo e poi una chiamata il giorno 08 con affermazione di stato stazionario e poi un'altra telefonata il 10 aprile con la comunicazione del decesso! ma perchè non è stata ricoverata in ospedale all'esito positivo del tampone? Cercherò ed aprirò un'indagine a riguardo. la beffa è che ci hanno già inviato la fattura dei 10 giorni di degenza del mese di Aprile. Ma nessuna info scritta in merito al decesso le cause e le tempistiche esatte ne tanto meno un certificato di morte e uno clinico. Tutto questo comportamento è assolutamente indegno se si considera che la mia mamma era ricoverata in questa struttura da ben 12 anni!
Absolutely unworthy and indescribable what happened in the nursing home with the death of my mother on April 10 after I was notified of the buffer made on April 06 with a positive outcome and then a call on day 08 with a statement of steady state and then a other phone call on April 10 with the notification of the death! but why wasn't she admitted to the hospital after the swab was successful? I will try and open an investigation about it. the joke is that they have already sent us the invoice for the 10 days of hospitalization in April. But no written info about the death the exact causes and timing let alone a death certificate and a clinical one. All this behavior is absolutely unworthy considering that my mom was hospitalized in this facility for 12 years!
