★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La degustazione è un'esperienza onirica. L'ambiente, il profumo della stanza ed il proprietario sono impareggiabili. I salumi, il formaggio ed il vino sono tutti deliziosi e serviti in maniera gentile, amichevole e nel pieno rispetto dell'igiene. Tanti complimenti da Modena.
 The tasting is a dream experience. The setting, the scent of the room and the owner are unmatched. The cured meats, the cheese and the wine are all delicious and served in a kind, friendly way and with full respect for hygiene. Many compliments from Modena.

La preparazione di questi Culatelli richiede mesi e mesi di lavorazione tra bagni di Amarone e di Recioto, per arrivare a deliziare tutti i sensi.
La degustazione dura due ore tra storia, racconti, delizie, profumi, assaggi ed esperienze uniche.
Una cosa indescrivibile!

The preparation of these Culatelli requires months and months of processing between Amarone and Recioto baths, to delight all the senses.
The tasting lasts two hours between history, stories, delights, perfumes, tastings and unique experiences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un'esperienza da provare per gli amanti dei salumi! Una qualità sopra le aspettative, con prodotti freschi, che si sciolgono in bocca. Vittorino bravo, pieno di passione, veramente simpatico!
Forse l'unica "pecca" l'esterno, che curerei maggiormente e l'attesa di 30minuti di ritardo del nostro turno. Ma siamo usciti brilli e soddisfatti!
An experience to try for lovers of cured meats! A quality above expectations, with fresh products that melt in the mouth. Vittorino good, full of passion, really nice!
Perhaps the only "flaw" the outside, which I would take better care of is the 30-minute delay of our shift. But we came out tipsy and satisfied!
