★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giacomo e Sara sono persone stupende e i loro vini sono semplicemente spettacolari. Il Timorasso è un vitigno incredibile che nel tempo cambia anche solo rimanendo in bottiglia. È veramente interessante assaggiarlo d'annata e poi sentirlo evolvere nel tempo. Buonissima tutta la gamma dei loro vini, da provare Croatina e Freisa, ma soprattutto la buonissima Barbera. Estremamente consigliato.
Giacomo and Sara are wonderful people and their wines are simply spectacular. Timorasso is an incredible grape that changes over time even just remaining in the bottle. It is really interesting to taste it in the vintage and then to hear it evolve over time. Very good the whole range of their wines, to try Croatina and Freisa, but above all the very good Barbera. Extremely recommended.
