Non soltanto l'intervento è stato tempestivo, ma i funzionari hanno dimostrato un'empatia e capacità di gestione dell'emotività dei presenti encomiabile. Sono davvero grata e orgogliosa di essere cittadina di una città con un corpo dei Vigili del Fuoco di simile valore oltreché professionale, umano, cosa per nulla scontata ma che, come in tanti ambiti quotidiani, fa la differenza. Today I turned to the Garbagnate Milanese Fire Department for the first time in my life. I would like to thank, with this message, the readiness, professionalism and humanity of the team at my home. Not only was the intervention timely, but the officials demonstrated an empathy and ability to manage the emotionality of the commendable present. I am really grateful and proud to be a citizen of a city with a fire brigade of similar value besides professional, human, which is by no means taken for granted but which, as in many everyday areas, makes the difference. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi ho chiesto aiuto ai vigili del fuoco perché sul tetto della mia casa è morto un piccione.Noi non abbiamo la possibilità di salire sul tetto e di rimuoverlo.Risposta non è di loro competenza, mi hanno detto di rivolgermi all'EMPA i quali mi hanno risposto che non sono attrezzati e di rivolgermi ai vigili del fuoco.Vi ringrazio del vostro non aiuto, specie in questo periodo dove i virus girano.Certdmente me ne guarderò bene di fare donazioni come da vostra richiesta x acquistare un nuovo camion.Grazie ancora del vostro non aiuto
Today I asked the fire brigade for help because a pigeon died on the roof of my house. they replied that they are not equipped and to contact the fire brigade.
