★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo vivi grazie ai vigili del fuoco di Castrovillari, in particolare grazie a Cosimo e Gianfranco che ci hanno salvato da morte certa con coraggio e determinazione .Siamo sopravvissuti alla tragedia del 20 agosto 2018 e vi saremo eternamente grati.GRAZIE EROI,avete salvato 12 vite !
 We are alive thanks to the firefighters of Castrovillari, especially thanks to Cosimo and Gianfranco who saved us from certain death with courage and determination. We survived the tragedy of August 20, 2018 and we will be eternally grateful. THANKS HEROES, you have saved 12 lives !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza da non consigliare a nessuno !! 29.06.2017 abbiamo rischiato di prendere fuoco nella nostra casa di campagna in localita'" contrada di Maroglio comune di Castrovillari". I danni sono stati limitati dall' intervento tempestivo di esperti vicini : senza il loro aiuto non oso nemmeno pensare cosa sarebbe potito succedere!!! L'intervento dei vigili del fuoco non c"e' stato( erano tutti occupati!!) nemmeno dopo almeno per verificare il danno : tutto come se non fosse successo nulla eppure li abbiamo temoestati di telefonate. Non e" la prima volta che succede e credo che questa volta ci puo' stare una denuncia nei confronti di questi piromani estivi che nessuno controlla e che mettono a rischio la vita di tanti cittadini che non chiedono altro che poter vivere tranquillamente a casa loro. Quanto ai vigili voglio stendere un velo pietoso e credere che quel giorno si stessero occupando di cose piu' gravi e che abbiano egregiamente svolto il loro compito. I canader sono riservati ad altri eventi noi ci possiamo arrangiare: l'arte del fai da te e' ormai una regola fissa. Che la sorte ci aiuti sempre!!!
Experience not to recommend to anyone !! 29.06.2017 we risked to catch fire in our country house in the locality of the "district of Maroglio comune di Castrovillari". The damage was limited by the timely intervention of nearby experts: without their help I don't even dare to think what could have happened !!! The intervention of the firefighters did not c "was (they were all occupied !!) not even after at least to verify the damage: everything as if nothing had happened and yet we received them with phone calls. It is not the first time that happens and I believe that this time there can be a complaint against these summer arsonists that no one controls and that put at risk the lives of many citizens who do not ask for anything other than being able to live quietly at home. As for the brigade, I want to draw a pitiful veil and believe that that day they were dealing with more serious things and that they had done their job very well. The canaders are reserved for other events we can arrange: the art of DIY is now a fixed rule. May fate always help us !!!
