La VIGEL per me e' il meglio che potesse capitare, azienda piccola ma preziosa come un gioiello. Chi si lamenta di questa azienda forse doveva in primis guardarsi allo specchio chiedendosi cosa avrebbe potuto fare per meritarsi il dovuto rispetto In my long professional career I have been lucky enough to work for many companies with an international profile. La risposta? È semplicemente fiero di lavorare in Vigel!!! I state to be fair that I am not an employee, a customer or even a supplier, but simply a friend of a Lord who dedicates body and soul to the company where he works and that unlike those who write and speak badly about it, He with us , even when we are on vacation together, he does nothing but praise her by telling us about the evolution of the company while his eyes shine, so I ask myself: what reasons would He have to praise it? Ho conosciuto direttamente i cambiamenti radicali attuati dalle tre generazioni di proprietari dell'azienda in tutti questi anni.Cambiamenti atti a modernizzare e rendere competitiva l'azienda nel mercato difficilissimo delle macchine utensili.Siamo presenti in tutto il mondo con macchinari ad altissimo tasso tecnologico ed all'avanguardia nel settore. Visione lungimirante e macchinari all'avanguardia hanno fatto si che Vigel sia fornitore di aziende che sono dei colossi nella produzione di automobili a livello mondiale e questo mi rende orgoglioso di appartenere al mondo Vigel e anche orgoglioso di essere italiano essendo Vigel azienda italiana. Nel mondo lavorativo di oggi è molto difficile e raro sentirsi parte integrante di un'azienda, qui si ha la sensazione di essere in una grande famiglia che nn abbandona i propri dipendenti nelle difficoltà della vita. Ce ne fossero di aziende e titolari così!! I am amazed to read negative comments about Vigel, I can say that I know some employees who always talk about it with great enthusiasm as if the company were theirs! In today's working world it is very difficult and rare to feel an integral part of a company, here you have the feeling of being in a big family that does not abandon its employees in the difficulties of life. There were companies and owners like that !!

R	Ryan Grote on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at Vigel was great. The company is technology based and the Managing Director looks toward the future. Fabrizio and Vigel as a whole hold high values. They always keep their word. Overall, it was a great experience working for them and being part of the organization. Sometimes, expectations are high from management. This is not a bad thing. It shows the expectations towards the company’s future and growth which is extremely bright in my opinion.
