La marcia in più la fa sicuramente la gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario che si prende cura dell'ospite in un modo che non è facile da trovare. Nice and comfortable apartment with stunning views over the harbor. The extra gear is certainly the kindness and availability of the owner who takes care of the guest in a way that is not easy to find.

Per il resto esperienza tremenda la casa è sporca, molto sporca nonostante ti chieda 20 euro di pulizie extra. Cucina unta non è possibile utilizzare le stoviglie, materassi della camera con i letti singoli che è meglio non descrivere. Altro che ristrutturata da poco il signore tenta anche di farti pagare in contanti. The house is not near the sea, it is not possible not to use the car to go to the beach. The only nice thing is the harbor view. For the rest of the terrible experience, the house is dirty, very dirty despite asking you 20 euros for extra cleaning. Greasy kitchen is not possible to use the dishes, mattresses in the room with the single beds which is better not to describe. Other than recently renovated, the gentleman also tries to make you pay in cash.

Non ho potuto dare 5 stelle perché il palazzo e la zona non sono il massimo. Sarà perché ho paura degli ascensori! A wonderful sea view, a huge and very clean apartment, a homeowner who is an excellent guide and gives advice on everything. I could not give 5 stars because the building and the area are not the best. Maybe it's because I'm afraid of elevators!

Appartamento grande e ristrutturato situato al terzo piano con ascensore, bagno grande. 3 camere da letto ma l'aria condizionata solo in una. Cucina abitabile. La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare, ci siamo fatti fornire la biancheria ma purtroppo era sporca. Trovare il parcheggio era un'impresa. Tutto il vicinato è disponibile e cordiale. È stata una delusione. Consiglio di visitare la casa prima di affittarla. Sea view but not within walking distance. Large and renovated apartment located on the third floor with lift, large bathroom. 3 bedrooms but air conditioning only in one. Kitchen. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, we got the linen provided but unfortunately it was dirty. Finding a parking space was a challenge. The whole neighborhood is helpful and friendly. It was a disappointment. I recommend visiting the house before renting it.

As a bonus the host is very nice and welcome you with a nice colazione and tips to visit the region . I will come back and recommend it to anyone who want to be close to the beach (10 minutes walk) but also visit Agrigente and the Valley of temples and so much more ...
