Coltivano la pastinaca, chiamata anche la carota bianca, è un prodotto agricolo antico, presente nella antica cucina dei romani, alcune fonti la indicano come preferita anche dell'imperatore Tiberio. La verdura è coltivata proprio dietro l'azienda e con metodi biologici.
Tutto è davvero buono e la qualità la senti al primo morso.
Il prezzo è appena appena poco sopra quello di supermercati in zona ma ne vale davvero sempre la pena.
Senz'altro consigliata.

The vegetables are grown just behind the company and with organic methods.
Everything is really good and you can feel the quality at the first bite.
The price is just slightly above that of supermarkets in the area but it is always really worth it.
Definitely recommended.
