Ho avuto una pessima esperienza.
Ho portato il mio cellulare per poter riparare il.display rotto. Mi è stato.sistemato al.costo di 115,00 € ma è stato danneggiata la parte posteriore. Fatta notare la cosa al proprietario lui si rende disponibile a sistemarla (al costo di € 20,00) ma una volta a casa ho notato che le funzioni non erano tutte attive: il touch non funziona in tutte le parti dello schermo. Riporto
il cellulare in assistenza ed esce fuori che non e stato montato un sisplat originale. Nuovamente viene rispedito dal tecnico il quale per la terza volta lo "sistema". Rivado a casa e noto che il suono emesso dalla cassa e molto disturbata e il sensore alto non si attiva.
Scocciata dalla situazio e mando il cellulare in assistenza Huawei e da li esce fuori la sorpresa: il display montato non era stato bloccato con tutte le viti, il sensore di prossimita era stato perso e alla cassa sottostante non era stata levata la pellicola.
Ovviamente ho chiesto riborso, ma ovviamente la disponibilità non l ho avuta. Ho fatto presente la cosa alla HUAWEI e, così come mi è stato chiesto da loro, invierò nominativo e poi procedeanno
Attenti non vi fidate. Sono incompetenti e nulla altro.

I had a very bad experience.
I brought my cell phone to be able to repair the broken display. It was adjusted to me at the cost of € 115.00 but the rear part was damaged. Having pointed this out to the owner, he is available to fix it (at a cost of € 20.00) but once home I noticed that the functions were not all active: the touch does not work in all parts of the screen. Annoyed by the situation and I send the mobile phone to Huawei assistance and the surprise emerges from there: the mounted display had not been locked with all the screws, the proximity sensor had been lost and the underlying case had not been removed the film.
Obviously I asked for a refund, but obviously I didn't have the availability. I reported this to HUAWEI and, just as I was asked by them, I will send the name and then proceed
Beware do not trust. They are incompetent and nothing else.
