★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo la mia esperienza con questa dottoressa non è andata bene. In realtà, alla prima visita mi ero trovata bene. Dopo però mi sono sentita completamente abbandonata perchè mi venivano prescritte delle cure senza nemmeno spiegare cosa avessi o senza dare eventuali consigli. Ad un certo punto, ho avuto proprio la sensazione che la dottoressa non sapesse nemmeno la mia storia clinica, non mi sentivo per niente seguita.
La comunicazione con la dottoressa avviene perlopiù via mail. Sono rimasta davvero molto delusa quando ho comunicato alla dottoressa che una cura che stavo facendo non stava funzionando e sono stata congedata con un "A questo punto non so più cosa pensare". Mi aspettavo magari che mi fosse proposto di fare una visita e ho trovato questa risposta davvero poco professionale. Inoltre, un trattamento del genere non fa di certo sentire meglio un paziente, motivo per il quale ho deciso di interrompere il mio rapporto con questa dottoressa.
Unfortunately my experience with this doctor did not go well. Actually, on the first visit I was fine. After that, however, I felt completely abandoned because I was prescribed treatments without even explaining what I had or without giving any advice. At one point, I had the feeling that the doctor didn't even know my medical history, I didn't feel followed at all.
Communication with the doctor takes place mostly via e-mail. I was really very disappointed when I told the doctor that a treatment I was doing was not working and I was dismissed with a "At this point I don't know what to think anymore". Maybe I was expecting that I was offered to pay a visit and I found this answer really unprofessional. Furthermore, such a treatment certainly does not make a patient feel better, which is why I have decided to terminate my relationship with this doctor.
