★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Get a detail before you go. They are super strict on interior and engine bay cleanliness. If you use the on post detail service it's guaranteed to pass.... The younger guy is nice but the other two are rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the people at the vehicle Processing centre were professional and helpful. The vehicle inspectors were probably the nicest, and helpful inspectors I have ever experienced. All the ladies at the desk were delightful and warm and they processed my paperwork and other quickly and efficiently. Best experience I have had in my 12 years of being over seas and having to deal with registering my car in Italy and in germany. Great experience. Thank you ladies and gentlemen for fitting me in !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super strict I had my car detailed 2 days before And washed the outside again the day before and it failed almost all cleaning requirements. My car is cleaner now than when I shipped it from the states.
