Intervento risolto in una mattina, diagnosi e sostituzione precisa del pezzo. Costo/qualità dell'intervento positiva. Quello che è stato concordato è stato eseguito. Mi ha avvisata il centro di revisione che si e' anche meravigliato del fatto che non ero stata avvisata di questa anomalia Mi sono trovata dopo pochi giorni a piedi. Macchina ferma. Quando ho chiesto gentilmente spiegazioni del perché non mi avevano detto della frizione mi hanno trattata male e buttato giù il telefono. Pessima assistenza e pessima educazione. Probabilmente hanno tanto lavoro e non hanno interesse a perdere un cliente. Mi sono rivolta ad un altro meccanico e per fortuna gentilissimo e disponibile a darmi tutte le spiegazioni anche se sono una donna. Rude. I had the car serviced and they didn't check the clutch. The review center warned me and was also surprised that I had not been notified of this anomaly. I found myself after a few days on foot. Machine stopped. When I politely asked why they didn't tell me about the clutch they treated me badly and knocked the phone down. Bad care and bad education. They probably have a lot of work and have no interest in losing a customer. I turned to another mechanic and fortunately very kind and willing to give me all the explanations even if I am a woman.

Sempre disponibili ma conviene certamente prenotare perché sono spesso oberati. Real workshop "as it once was" but with modern tools. Super competent staff who work well on both modern and older vehicles. Always available but it is certainly worth booking as they are often overburdened.
