★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato tramite il sito, la scatola di montaggio HM Cutter 1803” della Victory Model by Amati cui ho aggiunto tutto il necessario per la costruzione (o quasi).
Partiamo dal prezzo: ho girato diversi siti e I prezzi sono i migliori in assoluto. Inoltre il prezzo è trasparente, sopra i 100€ simbolicamente 3€ di spedizione e sopra i 250€ Spedizione gratuita. In altri siti di pari calibro la spedizione va addirittura a peso e aumenta quindi con la merce oppure spesso e volentieri non è inclusa l’IVA nel prezzo di listino, qui invece tutto lineare e trasparente.
Il sito è fatto bene, ma migliorabile, ho riscontrato alcuni bachi soprattutto nella versione per smartphone per inserimento password, e ho trovato poco chiara l’informazione circa l’avanzamento dell’ordine (tracking number) ma, il servizio clienti è stato impeccabile, mi ha risposto via mail nel giro di un ora in modo più che esaustivo.
Sul packaging della merce e i tempi di spedizione, il contenuto era perfetto e i tempi coerenti con le indicazioni del sito e della mail di conferma. Il pacco esternamente è arrivato un tantino rovinato, ma può succedere! il polistirolo protettivo ha fatto il suo dovere. All’interno la ricevuta di pagamento e distinta del contenuto e una piacevole sorpresa...
Il contenuto è conforme, è tutto originale ed in linea con quanto si vede nel sito. Inoltre ho verificato con casa madre Amati che la scatola di montaggio a sfondo verde per questo modello è l’ultima versione in produzione il che, indica che la merce è nuova e non è a scaffale da secoli.
Sono davvero entusiasta dell’acquisto, allego qualche foto per completare la recensione. Buon modellismo a tutti ?
I purchased the Victory Model by Amati HM Cutter 1803 ”assembly kit via the website, to which I added everything necessary for the construction (or almost).
Let's start with the price: I have toured several sites and the prices are the best ever. In addition, the price is transparent, symbolically above € 100 3 € shipping and above 250 € Free shipping. In other sites of the same caliber, the shipment even goes by weight and therefore increases with the goods or often VAT is not included in the list price, here instead everything is linear and transparent.
The site is well done, but can be improved, I found some bugs especially in the smartphone version for password entry, and I found the information about the progress of the order (tracking number) unclear but, the customer service was impeccable, he answered me via email within an hour in a more than exhaustive way.
On the packaging of the goods and the shipping times, the content was perfect and the times consistent with the indications of the site and the confirmation email. The package arrived externally a little damaged, but it can happen! the protective polystyrene did its duty. Inside, the payment receipt and separate contents and a pleasant surprise ...
The content is compliant, it is all original and in line with what is seen on the site. I also checked with the Amati parent company that the green background assembly box for this model is the latest version in production, which indicates that the goods are new and have not been on the shelf for centuries.
