★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all they did not speak at all english so we couldn't communicate. We let the car there at 18.00 and we went to take it at 22.00 o clock and they asked for us in italian to pay the first day. (Why we should pay the full amount of the first day when the car was inside for only 4 hours?) After 45 minutes of talking with the guy ( not in english) he called his manager, who spoke in english and we agreed to pay the first day from that moment. After 1 hour we return the car. The next morning (did not pass 24h) they asked again to pay the full day, and wanted a paper that they didnt give to us the previous night. After again 15 minutes struggling in italian, he got angry (!), and finally accepted to call his manager. We did not pay again fortunately.
So we will never come back because it is to complicated and not acceptable. Also when you are in a touristic city you can not have employees that they do not speak any word in english.......unbelievable. and of course the credit card machine did not work and they had not also change of 50€. We lost a lot of time there !
