Best Pizza restaurant in Italia

E	Emanuele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel posto, bella location. Ampia disponibilità di tavoli all’aperto, sia con tettoia che senza. La prenotazione si basa su due turni, almeno in questo periodo estivo: 20:15 e 22:00. Questo può essere ottimo se ben studiata e ben organizzata ma non sempre è così, se questi due elementi appena citati mancano: prenotiamo un tavolo alle 22:00, arriviamo (colpevolmente, al dire il vero, alle 22:30) ma il tavolo non è pronto e aspettiamo almeno 10 minuti prima di averne uno, dopo qualche insistenza con chi gestiva la disponibilità dei tavoli stessi. A parte ciò, che è da suddividere in un 50 e 50 dato il nostro ritardo di mezz’ora, il servizio non eccelle, per qualche dimenticanza ad esempio (posate al tavolo, preparato di fretta). Il menù, d’altro canto, è vario e abbastanza ricco: si basa prevalentemente sulla pizza, vista e rivista in varie salse e tipi di ingredienti, anche molto particolari. Tra le pizze DOP, da segnalare Domina (in foto), una pizza da ben 16 euro ma che per quello che offre, ci può stare… quantomeno da provare per i palati più “fini” e “coraggiosi”. Impasto buonissimo, stile napoletano con un bel cornicione e tanta morbidezza, pizza anche leggerissima. Prezzi medio/alti, non è sicuramente economico. Nice place, nice location. Wide availability of outdoor tables, both with and without awning. The booking is based on two shifts, at least in this summer period: 20:15 and 22:00. This can be excellent if well studied and well organized but it is not always the case, if these two elements just mentioned are missing: we book a table at 22:00, we arrive (guilty, to be honest, at 22:30) but the table does not is ready and we wait at least 10 minutes before having one, after some insistence with those who managed the availability of the tables themselves. Apart from that, which is to be divided into a 50 and 50 given our delay of half an hour, the service is not excellent, for example due to some forgetfulness (cutlery at the table, prepared in a hurry). The menu, on the other hand, is varied and quite rich: it is mainly based on pizza, seen and revised in various sauces and types of ingredients, even very special ones. Among the PDO pizzas, Domina (pictured) is worth mentioning, a pizza worth 16 euros but which, for what it offers, can be ... at least to try for the more "refined" and "brave" palates. Very good dough, Neapolitan style with a nice cornice and a lot of softness, even very light pizza. Medium / high prices, it is definitely not cheap.
R	Raf Ior on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura, situata nei pressi del Faro di Capo Peloro, è carina con una ampia parte all'aperto. Abbiamo preso un croccante di scamorza, una pizza valtellina a crudo ed una bufalina a crudo, entrambe con impasto ai cereali. La scamorza era abbastanza anonima e le pizze avevano un impasto troppo "gommoso", ma ovviamente sono gusti personali, tuttavia il sapore era anch'esso senza note particolari. Per quanto riguarda i prezzi sono decisamente sopra la media, ci ha stupito soprattutto il costo del coperto, visto che la tovaglietta era di carta e non ci è stato portato neanche il pane. The property, located near the Capo Peloro lighthouse, is nice with a large outdoor area. We took a crunchy scamorza cheese, a raw Valtellina pizza and a raw buffalo, both with cereal dough. The scamorza was fairly anonymous and the pizzas had a too "rubbery" dough, but obviously they are personal tastes, however the flavor was also without particular notes. As for the prices, they are definitely above average, we were surprised above all by the cost of the cover charge, since the placemat was made of paper and no bread was brought to us either.

Merita una nota positiva anche la varietà di pizze sul menù e gli accostamenti gourmet. Personale molto gentile: ci hanno consigliato nella scelta e appena si è liberato un tavolo in posizione più fresca, dietro nostra richiesta, ci hanno subito fatti spostare. L'ambiente è veramente curato e ben strutturato. C'è anche un parcheggio un pò più avanti sulla stessa via. Prezzi nella media, considerando che le pizze più particolari hanno ovviamente un prezzo più elevato arrivando anche a 14€. Great pizza! Light and digestible dough (even on a hot summer evening). The variety of pizzas on the menu and the gourmet combinations also deserve a positive note. Very kind staff: they advised us in the choice and as soon as a table in a cooler position became available, at our request, they immediately made us move. The environment is really nice and well structured. There is also a parking a little further on the same street. Average prices, considering that the more particular pizzas obviously have a higher price, even reaching 14 €.

Il cibo era davvero ottimo, abbiamo preso dei formaggi fritti e delle pizze le cui materie prime erano visibilmente di qualità. Nel complesso è stata una bella esperienza e la cena era squisita. Consiglio anche le birre aromatizzate agli agrumi di Sicilia. A really nice location, especially in the evening with diffused lighting. The food was really good, we took some fried cheeses and pizzas whose raw materials were visibly of quality. Overall it was a good experience and the dinner was exquisite. I also recommend Sicilian citrus-flavored beers.

Ottimo l'impasto ai cereali e le pizze con bordo pistacchio. Buone le stick di patate americane e cheddar. Conto onesto. Consiglio prenotazione. Beautiful summer garden, good service and great pizzas. Soft dough with a thick edge as it should be. The cereal dough and the pistachio-edge pizzas are excellent. Alcuni tavolini però hanno luce scarsissima per non dire pessima ( che ci vuole a passare un filo volante come hanno già fatto in un altro punto del locale... E dai...), per tale motivo abbiamo chiesto appena possibile di essere spostati(personale gentile e disponibile, loro stessi hanno ammesso di averci messo in un punto senza luce). Accettano prenotazione sia sul primo che secondo turno ( tipo ore 20.00 ed ore 22.00). Tantissime pizze da poter scegliere ma solo 3 secondi... Onestamente mai mi era successo che un locale proponesse nel menù solo 3 secondi... Per di più 2 molto simili, braciole messinesi ma fatte in 2 modi diversi ed hamburger... Sinceramente qualche secondi più lo dovrebbero aggiungere... Se no scrivi solo pizzeria ed amen... I prezzi in linea con la moda 2021 tipo gelato a 6 euro o 6.50 se ben ricordo( sinceramente tanto a mio avviso) , nonostante ciò i locali noto siano tutti sempre pieni, però c'è crisi... Qualità nella media, senza infamia e senza lode. Parcheggio vicino al locale da mission impossible... The place is quite nice (for summer use only ...). They accept reservations both on the first and second shift (such as 20.00 and 22.00). Lots of pizzas to choose from but only 3 seconds ... Honestly, it had never happened to me that a place offered only 3 seconds in the menu ... Plus 2 very similar, Messina chops but made in 2 different ways and burgers ... Honestly they should add a few seconds more ... If not, just write pizzeria and amen ... The prices in line with the 2021 fashion type ice cream at 6 euros or 6.50 if I remember correctly (honestly a lot in my opinion), despite this the locals know they are all always full, but there is a crisis ... Average quality, without infamy and without praise. Parking near the mission impossible club ...

Extra cautious, they even called the head manager on the phone to speak to me and see alternative options. As a result my son couldn’t eat there but they ordered takeaway so he could eat with us. Couldn’t give higher rating. Well done to the staff and the manager for the amazing work and care. Would definitely come back and highly recommend this place for families and couples very romantic place.
