Not professional at all, no communication between their team, someone tells you something when you’re on the place and when we called to get extra info nobody was able to help, all you heard was a loud woman at the phone who has no clue what she’s talking about. On top of all saying that we gave wrong information… blaming it on the customer because they made a mistake. Not happy at all, do not go there.

Per niente professionale, nessuna comunicazione tra il loro team, qualcuno ti dice qualcosa quando sei sul posto e quando abbiamo chiamato per avere informazioni extra nessuno è stato in grado di aiutarci, al telefono urlano senza ascoltare cosa hai da dire e non hanno idea di cosa sta parlando. Oltre tutto dicendo che abbiamo fornito informazioni sbagliate... incolpando il cliente perché loro hanno sbagliato. Per niente contenta, non andateci.

On top of that, saying we gave wrong information ... blaming the customer because they got it wrong. Not happy at all, don't go there.
