★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho sostituito il parabrezza a luglio. Dopo 6 mesi si lesiona: lesione chiaramente non provocata da una pietra in quanto partiva da sotto la guarnizione. La risposta che mi è stata data è stata che se fosse stato difetto del vetro si sarebbe lesionato subito.
Non mi è stato proposto di smontarlo per controllare né un prezzo leggermente scontato vista la tempistica.
Mi sono rivolta altrove dove, oltre a risparmiare 20€, ho fatto periziare il vetro e si vede chiaramente che era un difetto interno e mi è stato detto che hanno risparmiato sul mastice, in quantità e qualità.
Sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque di rivolgersi a Vetrocar per la sostituzione di parabrezza (a questo punto immagino anche di altri vetri). Altrove risparmiate e avete GARANZIE REALI!
I replaced the windshield in July. After 6 months it is damaged: the lesion clearly not caused by a stone as it started from under the seal. The answer I was given was that if it had been a defect in the glass it would have been damaged immediately.
I was not offered to take it apart to check nor a slightly discounted price given the timing.
I went elsewhere where, in addition to saving € 20, I had the glass appraised and it is clearly seen that it was an internal defect and I was told that they saved on the putty, in quantity and quality.
I strongly advise against anyone turning to Vetrocar for the replacement of windshields (at this point I imagine also other glasses). Save somewhere else and have REAL GUARANTEES!
