Ma quello che è deprecabile è l'atteggiamento poco professionale e il tono sulla linea del "non possiamo fare nulla, si arrangi". Molto diverso da quello che ho riscontrato nella vostra concorrenza, gentile e concretamente collaborativo. Essendo già stata cliente, ho pensato di rivolgermi di nuovo a loro. Un paio di anni fa avevo richiesto un vetro temprato da mettere sul tavolo , ordinato e andata io a ritirarlo. Rivolgendomi a loro di nuovo, ma stavolta per un vetro del balcone da sostituire (e per questo devono farlo loro il lavoro, di sopralluogo prima e di montaggio poi), ho fatto un errore. Non scendo nei particolari perché sarebbe lungo da spiegare, ma l'atteggiamento di presa in giro e il fatto di dire al telefono prima una cosa e poi sostenere che avevano detto loro quello che chiedevo io fin dall'inizio, e loro avevano rifiutato, è intollerabile. Mi dicono di aspettare dopo le ferie. Alla riapertura, dicono prima che non escono "per un lavoro così piccolo", e mi fanno inviare foto e misure via mail. Poi mi dicono che mi avevano detto che era necessario un sopralluogo (?)! Ora non hanno personale e non sanno quando potranno mandare qualcuno... Poca professionalità, assolutamente. Per la cronaca, ho appena chiamato un altro vetraio e mi faranno un preventivo entro domani. Reply to the comment from Vetrocam. I don't go into details because it would take a long time to explain, but the teasing attitude and the fact of saying something on the phone first and then claiming that they had told them what I was asking from the beginning, and they had refused, is intolerable. They tell me to wait after vacation. When they reopen, they first say that they are not going out "for such a small job", and they send me photos and measurements by email. Then they tell me that they told me that an inspection was necessary (?)! Now they have no staff and they don't know when they can send someone ... Little professionalism, absolutely. Ho richiesto un preventivo da un mese e mezzo, dopo essere stata nei loro uffici e aver scelto la tipologia di vetro; ho chiamato 5 volte per sollecitare e la risposta era sempre "il titolare è occupato" e ad oggi ancora nulla. Zero professionalism !!! I have requested a quote for a month and a half, after having been in their offices and having chosen the type of glass; I called 5 times to ask and the answer was always "the owner is busy" and to date still nothing.
