★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza con questi signori è stata catastrofica, hanno eseguito un lavoro NON a regola d'arte e che mi sta causando un sacco di altri problemi collaterali. Ho chiesto ripetutamente un intervento per rimediare al lavoro mal fatto, ma nulla, o non rispondono al telefono o, peggio ancora, fissano fantomatici appuntamenti con uno dei loro operai ai quali sistematicamente non si presenta nessuno. Per farla breve, ho dovuto chiamare un altro artigiano per sistemare un lavoro fatto male e pagato tanto.
My experience with these gentlemen has been catastrophic, they did NOT work to perfection and it is causing me a lot of other collateral problems. I have repeatedly asked for an intervention to remedy the badly done job, but nothing, either they don't answer the phone or, worse still, they make phantom appointments with one of their workers to whom nobody systematically shows up. Long story short, I had to call another craftsman to fix a badly done, high-paying job.
