Avevo necessità di una vetrata artistica molto particolare ed unica nel suo genere, nessuno è stato in grado di realizzarmela prima di aver conosciuto loro! Vado da Vetreria Industriale e resto innanzi tutto sbalordito dalla loro bella azienda (mai vista una vetreria con uno stabile così grande e bello) e appena inizio a parlare della mia esigenza mi conducono in un reparto addirittura dedicato alla vetreria artistica!!! Roba mai vista!!! C'era un'artista che realizzava vere e proprie opere d'arte su vetro completamente a mano! Inutile dire che il risultato finale è stato sbalorditivo e sono davvero soddisfatto sia del lavoro finale che del prezzo. Sicuramente ci ritornerò per realizzare le vetrate del mio ufficio, anche perché ho visto che sono dotati di macchinari all'avanguardia. Alla fine la loro azienda è un biglietto da visita su come lavorano, le chiacchiere della gente sono pari a zero! CONTINUATE COSI'!!! La signora che ha preso l'ordine mi ha comunicato il prezzo è quando il vetro sarebbe stato pronto. Dopo una settimana cioè la data di quando doveva essere pronto il vetro purtroppo mi dissero che non era stato ancora fatto. A quel punto lasciai il numero di cellulare x farmi chiamare quando era pronto. Dopo due settimane ancora niente ed allora riandai a vedere di persona e la signora mi disse che era gia pronto (è quando mi volevano chiamare....... booooo...... se ne sono frecati. .....). Quando ho pagato e variato anche il prezzo ovviamente a favore loro di 5 euro in più (correttezza zero.......). Infine il vetro me lo danno senza nessun cellophane, tutto nudo ( gli ho costretto a darmi un po di cartoni almeno x gli angoli del vetro). Spero che siano state sviste e che comunque errare è umano. Il titolare mi accoglie prendendosi in carico il lavoro, abbiamo pattuito un prezzo del quale lui si anche vantato perché la cifra veramente irrisoria, ma se le tue intenzioni sono queste non accettarlo, dimmi che non riesci. Ma la cosa che mi ha dato più fastidio sono state le continue menzogne con cui sia la segretaria, che un altro dipendente mi hanno rifilato per circa 50 giorni.. ! Dovrebbero vergognarsi.! Figuriamoci se devono realizzare grossi lavori.! Da evitare assolutamente serietà sottozero.! Professionalism equal to zero.! Almost two months for a mirror of a bathroom.! Mesi per eseguire i sopralluoghi, mesi per eseguire i lavori e tempi di consegna non rispettati. Io, dopo il preventivo, ho aspettato più di un anno per il sopralluogo esecutivo e nonostante decine di telefonate, niente da fare. Logicamente mi sono rivolto altrove ed in una settimana ho risolto. Hanno una pessima organizzazione mascherata da una struttura dall'aspetto attrattivo. Non lasciatevi incantare. Questo è il classico esempio in cui l'abito non fa il Monaco!
