Bruno è stato cordiale professionista e veloce sia nel sopralluogo che nella creazione e posa di un vetro per finestra, nonostante siano molto impegnati con lavori più importanti, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, lo consiglio. Si vede che hanno tanto lavoro e spesso non sono molto organizzati, speravo di avere tutto in una settima ma alla fine ne ho dovuti aspettare 3. Il giorno della cosegna avevo smontato la porta su cui installarla e preparato il silicone per essere pronto a montarla e gentilissimi lo hanno fatto loro senza alcun sovrapprezzo. Li ho rincorsi per quasi tre settimane solo per fissare un appuntamento per un sopralluogo ("poi la richiamiamo noi" ..) e quando alla fine me lo hanno fissato non si sono presentati.. senza neppure avvisare.. Unprofessional. I chased them for almost three weeks just to make an appointment for an inspection ("then we'll call her back" ..) and when they finally fixed it they didn't show up .. without even notifying ..

Avevo preso accordi per per una spesa di 80 euro per rivestire in alto un tavolino di legno teak in vetro e specchio. Felicissima per il lavoro promesso, lascio il tavolino in laboratorio per il lavoro promesso. Dopo 2 settimane telefono al laboratorio e mi viene detto che aspettano I vetri che non sono semplici da recuperare. La terza settima, telefono e mi viene detto che il taglio e l'assemblaggio sono difficili da eseguire. La quarta settimana e' difficile da incollare . Oggi, dopo oltre 5 settimane , e MAI una chiamata da parte del laboratorio, si presenta mio marito direttamente in vetreria, gli rendono il tavolino e chieste le motivazioni perche' non fosse pronto e' stato letteralmente e fisicamente aggredito da uno dei soci. Mai avuto esperienze con persone cosi' poco professionali, menzoniere, lavative. Se non si e' in grado di eseguire un lavoro basta essere sinceri, di vetrerie a Pavia ne esistono altre e magari con piu' voglia di lavorare. Sconsigliato. Totalmente sprovveduti e incompetenti I am writing to share my painful, gruesome, bad experience because it doesn't happen to anyone else. I had made arrangements for an expense of 80 euros to top a glass and mirror teak wood table. Happy for the promised job, I leave the table in the laboratory for the promised job. After 2 weeks I call the laboratory and I am told they are waiting for the glass which is not easy to recover. The third seventh, I phone and I'm told that cutting and assembly are difficult to do. The fourth week and 'difficult to bond. Today, after more than 5 weeks, and NEVER a call from the laboratory, my husband shows up directly in the glass shop, they make him the table and asked why he wasn't ready and he was literally and physically attacked by one of the partners. Never had experience with such 'unprofessional people, untrue, lavative. If you are unable to perform a job, just be honest, there are other glassworks in Pavia and perhaps with more desire to work. Not recommended. Totally unprepared and incompetent
M	Marzia Zanoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho subito importante danno a seguito di furto, alle 11.00 passaggio per le misure, alle 17.30 installazione e ripristino del danno, alle 18.30 lavoro eseguito a regola d'arte. Posso solo consigliare questa azienda che, in un momento di difficoltà ha saputo, in breve tempo, risolvermi un grave problema. Nessuna chiamata per dare notizie o tempistiche. assolutamente poco professionale. I brought a console to replace a simple opaque glass, nothing in particular .... more than a month of waiting and no feedback. No calls for news or timing. absolutely unprofessional.

M	Maurizio Turcato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo richiesto un cambio di vetro con inserimento di una gattaiola per i nostri gatti, e' venuto ha preso le misure ,ha preso la gattaiola ,per un paio di volte ci ha dato degli appuntamenti ai quali non si' e' presentato e no ci risponde piu' al telefono.Probabilmente dovro' sporgere denuncia per il furto della gattaiola visto che non ci risponde piu' anche alla nostra richiesta di restituirci il pezzo per andare da un altro vetraio .Che dire al limite della delinquenza,evidentemente non ha molta concorrenza qui per permettersi di trattare cosi' i clienti VERGOGNOSO!!!
