Sulla prima porta non ho trovato difetti sul vetro ma sulla seconda porta ho dovuto riscontrare una striscia quasi lunga la lunghezza del vetro. Pur avendo controllato la porta ancora nel negozio, il difetto non era immediatamente visibile. Soltanto una volta arrivato a casa ho riscontrato il difetto, avendo la luce contro il vetro. Potendo escludere incidenti nel trasporto, ho contattato subito il negozio che mi ha riferito che avrei dovuto rivolgermi ad un suo collega, forse il titolare. Con una seconda telefonata ho esposto il problema descrivendo la tipologia del difetto. Mi è stato riferito che avrei dovuto accorgermi nel negozio e che ogni ulteriore reclamo sarebbe escluso. Purtroppo bruttissima esperienza anche perché non vi è stato manifestata nemmeno la disponibilità di prendere in visione l’oggetto. Dispiacevole non soltanto in modo con cui mi sono visto trattare ma anche il fatto che, considerando la tipologia del vizio, non posso nemmeno escludere la mala fede. Unfortunately bad experience. Being able to exclude transport accidents, I immediately contacted the shop which told me that I should have contacted a colleague of his, perhaps the owner. With a second phone call I exposed the problem by describing the type of defect. I was told that I should have noticed in the shop and that any further complaints would be excluded. Unfortunately, very bad experience also because there was not even the willingness to view the object. Sorry not only in the way I saw myself but also the fact that, considering the type of vice, I cannot even rule out bad faith.

Ci sono un sacco di vetrerie in giro per Bologna che fanno lo stesso lavoro con la metà dei soldi che chiede questo signore. Ha una grande arroganza verso tutti. Poi non rispetta gli orari di ricevimento clienti che sono affissi sul pannello fuori dal negozio. Lo chiami al telefono e non risponde e se risponde lo fa da strafottente. Esperienza pessima e non consiglio a nessuno di andarci. Rude and grumpy in the ways. Always speak in a haughty way. There are a lot of glassworks around Bologna that do the same job with half the money that this gentleman asks. He has a great arrogance towards everyone. Then it does not respect the customer reception hours that are posted on the panel outside the shop. You call him on the phone and he doesn't answer and if he answers he does it like a bully. Bad experience and I don't recommend anyone to go there.

Al momento del ritiro di un anta di portafinestra con vetro da sostituire richiede il pagamento della cifra di 70€ + iva (dopo aver ovviamente proposto di non fare fattura) quando era stato preventivato dal suo collaboratore una spesa di circa la metà, 40 euro. Alla richiesta di spiegazioni questa persona inizia a comportarsi in modo aggressivo rifiutandosi di trovare un compromesso (tutti facciamo errori) trattenendo l'anta per il fine settimana cacciando il cliente dal negozio. Spero che queste recensioni molto negative che vedo con piacere stanno diventando numerose spingano questa persona a cambiare atteggiamento e servano ad altre persone a evitare brutte esperienze e rivolgersi altrove. (opinioni confermate dai negozianti vicini che confermano di starne alla larga) Bad experience, dishonest and aggressive owner. Mi ha fatto un preventivo di 90-100 euro, ma quando è andato da mia suocera, una signora anziana, ha messo il vetro senza pulire i residui disilicone vecchio, ed non ha messo il silicone dalla parte esterna, per proteggere l'infisso dall'infiltrazione, dicendo che è il quarto piano, e che non si sporge, ho dovuto metterlo io il silicone. E poi ha preso 190 euro senza fattura, il doppio del preventivo che mi ha fatto a me. a thief! Da consigliare sicuramente, un prodotto artigianale su misura al prezzo giusto. Very positive experience, for a shower enclosure with black profiles. Helpful and honest. Punctual in delivery and efficient in assembly. Definitely to be recommended, a custom-made artisan product at the right price.
