★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza! Ho ordinato 2 vetri e dico 2 vetri per una porta scorrevole. In negozio mi hanno detto che sarebbero stati pronti nel fine settimana. La settimana dopo ancora non erano pronti. Allora son tornata in negozio x pagare, sperando che si sarebbero dati una mossa. Scelta sbagliatissima! Ho chiesto quanto volevano di acconto e senza chiedermi conferma hanno preso dalla carta l'intera somma! Ho lasciato correre ma a distanza di settimane ancora non sono pronti, ogni volta che chiamo mi dicono "tra 2 giorni" e son passate settimane. Vergognosi! Sono molto dispiaciuta. Spero di ricredermi almeno nella qualità di questi vetri cosi tanto attesi e di poter aggiornare.
Bad experience! I ordered 2 glasses and I mean 2 glasses for a sliding door. In the shop they told me they would be ready at the weekend. The next week they still weren't ready. So I went back to the shop to pay, hoping they'd get on with it. Very wrong choice! I asked how much they wanted down payment and without asking me for confirmation they took the entire sum from the card! I let it go but weeks later they are still not ready, every time I call they tell me "in 2 days" and weeks have passed. Shameful! I am very sorry. I hope to change my mind at least in the quality of these long-awaited glasses and to be able to update.
