★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza da dimenticare.. avevo commissionato una porta a vetri da interni ben 3 settimane fa e nonostante le mie ben 10 chiamate per avere notizie ed aggiornamenti non hanno avuto nemmeno la decenza di contattarmi. Ogni volta che chiamavo mi rispondevano: “la chiameremo in giornata!”.
Risultato? Sto ancora aspettando questa benedetta chiamata da ben 20 giorni.
Pessima serietà.
Experience to forget .. I had commissioned an interior glass door 3 weeks ago and despite my 10 calls for news and updates they did not even have the decency to contact me. Every time I called they replied: "We will call you today!".
Result? I have been waiting for this blessed call for 20 days.
Bad seriousness.
