Siamo a Massa marittima in vacanza ed eravamo preoccupatissimi non solo per la salute del nostro Gino, ma anche perché in una serata come quella era quasi impossibile trovare un veterinario, oltretutto siamo turisti. La fortuna ha voluto che trovassimo questa clinica. La sera stessa un dottore competentissimo che ha subito tamponato l emergenza ed il giorno dopo, oggi, una dottoressa specializzata in oculistica che ha Nuovamente visitato gratuitamente il nostro cane. Abbiamo trovato una professionalità e gentilezza infinita da parte di tutto il personale, persone veramente eccellenti. Non abbiamo parole per ringraziarli. Anche i costi molto onesti considerando che hanno riaperto la clinica per noi. Grazie infinite Yesterday evening, during the European game our little dog was scratched in the eye by a cat. The same evening a very competent doctor who immediately buffered the emergency and the next day, today, a doctor specialized in ophthalmology who again visited our dog for free. We found infinite professionalism and kindness from all the staff, truly excellent people. We have no words to thank them. Very fair costs too considering they reopened the clinic for us. Anche se avevo ritenuto che ormai non fosse più necessaria una visita urgente e che sarei potuta tornare l’indomani, la veterinaria con poca onesta e professionalità, ha comunque voluto visitare in maniera generica il cucciolo alla modica cifra di euro 70,00€ (Perché visita in notturna) Temperatura - orecchie - denti Avendogli detto che il cucciolo finita la fase di allattamento aveva iniziato a mangiare mostrando un piccolo disturbo intestinale e che il mio veterinario di fiducia gli aveva già prescritto una cura, dopo averla letta, ha comuqnue concluso la visita prescrivendomi dei fermenti (cosa che si poteva fare tranquillamente la mattina seguente) e consigliandomi di bagnare i croccantini al gatto… Torno a casa con molta delusione. I	Ivo Laino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alcune settimane fa, ho sottoposto il mio cane, un Lhasa Apso, ad una banalissima pulizia dei denti, con anestesia. Le analisi pre intervento erano perfette. La cosa grave è che dopo alcuni giorni il cane è diventato cieco, oltre al fatto che le analisi ripetute post intervento erano tutte sballate. Con gentilezza e garbo abbiamo informato chi di dovere, ma l'unica risposta che abbiamo ricevuto è stata: il cane si abituera' presto a questa nuova condizione, la cecità appunto. Inutile spiegare l'immenso dolore che ci sta procurando, in particolar modo per mia moglie. Spero che questa recensione negativa sia di monito per la scarsa sensibilità al riguardo e che non succedano più cose di questo tipo ad altri, o almeno, che si venga messi al corrente prima, sulla possibilità di eventuali effetti avversi.
