Duillio (il veterinario Duillio) sa approcciarsi a questi momenti difficili con professionalità, razionalità e competenza perchè è in grado di spiegare in modo chiaro e realistico la situazione.
Ma ciò che più conta è l'approccio umano :la tenerezza ,il conforto che sa offrire a ogni esserino, l'empatia la vicinanza, espressa non a parole, ma in ogni gesto che trasmette ai proprietari.
Anche i momenti più drammatici con Duillio sono vissuti con una sofferenza dolce e tenera, non con ansia e angoscia.
In pratica vale la pena condividere con lui la cura dei nostri pelosi.
Grazie di tutto, Betty e tutta la tribù presente e passata.
