L’accoglienza telefonica è stata pessima: disumanità allo stato puro. I asked for help for my very suffering terminal cat who died during the night. Ho avuto un’emergenza con il mio cucciolo e lo hanno seguito Il dottor Antonio e la dottoressa Isabella.. sono stati gentilissimi, rassicuranti e comprensivi. Riescono a trasmettere fiducia anche in momenti di preoccupazione! Li consiglio con il cuore :) Fantastic people! I had an emergency with my puppy and Doctor Antonio and Doctor Isabella followed him .. they were very kind, reassuring and understanding. They manage to convey confidence even in times of worry! S	Surtur Norway on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due sere fa alle 4 di notte ho portato la mia gatta incinta con le doglie ( rottura delle acque con sangue vivo) preoccupata mi reco alla clinica, di già per telefono la persona dormiva e non era assolutamente professionale, arrivata in clinica trovo un dottore strabico con evidenti problemi linguistici in quanto mi dice che lui non può fare nulla, insisto e faccio chiamare un dottore, arriva un dottoretto che dopo aver fatto ecografia ( al quale io non ho assistito) non capisco il perché, mi ride in faccia e mi dice che non erano le acque ma pipì, nonostante questo mi dicono che per il Cesario sono 600€ , ma che comunque secondo loro non stava partorendo, la riporto a casa dopo aver pagato 160€ per un ecografia di 5 minuti scarsi e una visita , torno a casa la gatta inizia ad partorire ma i cuccioli tutti podalici!!!! Ho dovuto chiamare un'altra veterinaria che con amore e professionalità si reca a casa mia e salva la mia gatta e i 4 cuccioli, ( uno non c'è l'ha fatta), io in questa clinica non rimetto piede!!!! Neanche per emergenza, e vi do un consiglio per la notte mettete un veterinario/ a. Che sappia fare il suo lavoro invece di lasciare un celebrò leso che nemmeno sa cosa deve fare se arriva un animale che ha bisogno di aiuto!!! Spero che i 160 euro che mi avete spolpato vi servano per farvi un po' di empatia IDIOTI!. I had to call another vet who with love and professionalism goes to my house and saves my cat and the 4 puppies, (one did not do it), I do not set foot in this clinic !!!! Not even for an emergency, and I give you some advice for at night put a vet. That he knows how to do his job instead of leaving an injured celeb who doesn't even know what to do if an animal that needs help arrives !!! I hope that the 160 euros you have stripped from me will serve you to make you some empathy IDIOTS !.
