Ha voluto andare ugualmente: preventivo di 3.000 €, degenza obbligatoria ovviamente, eppure dopo circa una settimana, 10 giorni, il cane è morto lo stesso.....io ho provato a telefonare una sera x un consiglio e mi è stato risposto che era meglio aspettare il giorno seguente, altrimenti avrei pagato il supplemento notturno!!! Pazzesco!!! I tried not to recommend the clinic to an acquaintance of mine, because for business reasons I know how they treat animals. He wanted to go anyway: estimate of 3,000 €, compulsory hospitalization of course, yet after about a week, 10 days, the dog died the same ..... I tried to call one evening for advice and I was told that it was better to wait until the following day, otherwise I would have paid the night supplement !!! Crazy!!!

Ci è voluto un mese per delle semplici analisi del sangue, si sono dimenticati di prescriverci un antibiotico e hanno chiesto a ME, che di certo non ho le competenze, il motivo della malattia. Non curandosi minimamente di andare a fondo al problema, lasciandolo, così MORIRE. Esperienza TERRIBILE... I give you some advice, if you care about your animals DO NOT bring them to them! My 3-year-old dog didn't even walk anymore. It took a month for simple blood tests, they forgot to prescribe an antibiotic and asked ME, who certainly do not have the skills, the reason for the disease. Not caring in the least to get to the bottom of the problem, leaving it, so DIE. TERRIBLE experience ...

Sicuramente un luogo dove i nostri amici a quattro zampe non sono solo dei numeri, ma amati, rispettati e coccolati pazienti. La ragazza che risponde alle chiamate, se non erro Asia (non me ne volere se ho sbagliato nome ?) davvero gentilissima e disponibilissima. Bravi tutti! Friendly and helpful staff, I called after 11pm and they answered me right away. Surely a place where our four-legged friends are not just numbers, but loved, respected and pampered patients. The girl who answers the calls, if I'm not mistaken Asia (don't want me if I got the wrong name ?) really very kind and very helpful. Good job, everyone!

Ho avuto un emergenza con il mio cane e sono stati di grandissimo aiuto. D'ora in poi credo che per cose importanti vado direttamente da loro anche se mi è lontano mezz'ora di strada, ma per ora hanno salvato il mio cane e questo mi basta. Consiglio. Staff very helpful, friendly and attentive. In the end, it is the most well-stocked 24-hour clinic that I can know. I had an emergency with my dog and they were extremely helpful. From now on I believe that for important things I go directly to them even if it is half an hour away from me, but for now they have saved my dog and this is enough for me. Advise.

Our poodle got sick during a vacation in Lignano and had high fever and stomach ache. The doctor’s approach is amazing and helped immediately. Not that it would matter in such a case, but the price is very reasonable, too. + they have the fluffiest, cutest cat at the reception that you can pet. Thank you! ❤️
