★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza oggi in questo negozio dove sicuramente non metterò più piede.
Dopo aver visionato le vetrine ed interessata all'acquisto di una collana sono entrata in compagnia di mia figlia con l'intenzione di dare un'occhiata anche ad altri articoli. Nel negozio erano presenti già due clienti la titolare ( o commessa ...non so) che conversava con una persona . Dopo forse 3 minuti, la signora si è avvicinata per chiedere se poteva essere utile e noi abbiamo detto che per ora stavamo dando un'occhiata; infatti volevamo vedere anche la bigiotteria sull'altro lato del negozio. A questo punto la signora si è rivolta ad alcuni clienti che attendevano fuori, proponendo loro di entrare e restare in prossimità dell'ingresso commentando "perché tutti hanno diritto di vedere il negozio.......e io ho provato a farglielo capire.... ma...."
Premetto che le due clienti già presenti quando noi siamo arrivate si trovavano ancora nel negozio.
Io e mia figlia siamo uscite subito...... tanto la collana la posso trovare anche in un altro negozio, dove magari trovo anche disponibilità e gentilezza. E alla signora vorrei consigliare di indicare con un cartello all'ingresso il tempo massimo di permanenza nel negozio oppure se per essere graditi è necessario acquistare al volo qualcosa, anche se non si è visto bene cos'altro c'è.
Il colmo è che io sono entrata per acquistare una collana vista in vetrina, ma con mia figlia volevo valutare se c'era anche altro.
Sono entrata 3 volte in precedenza in questo negozio e tutte e tre le volte ho sempre acquistato. Non ci sarà una quarta.
Bad experience today in this shop where I will definitely never set foot again.
After viewing the windows and interested in buying a necklace, I went in the company of my daughter with the intention of taking a look at other items as well. In the shop there were already two customers the owner (or saleswoman ... I don't know) who was conversing with a person. After maybe 3 minutes, the lady came over to ask if it could be useful and we said we were having a look for now; in fact we also wanted to see the costume jewelery on the other side of the shop. At this point the lady turned to some customers who were waiting outside, offering them to enter and stay near the entrance, commenting "because everyone has the right to see the shop ....... and I tried to make them understand. .... but .... "
I state that the two customers already present when we arrived were still in the shop.
My daughter and I went out immediately ... so much the necklace I can also find it in another shop, where maybe I also find availability and kindness. And I would like to advise the lady to indicate with a sign at the entrance the maximum time of stay in the shop or if to be appreciated you need to buy something on the fly, even if you have not seen what else there is.
The culmination is that I went in to buy a necklace seen in the window, but with my daughter I wanted to evaluate if there was even more.
I have entered this shop 3 times previously and all three times have always bought. There will be no fourth.
