Lo consiglio, andate a farci un giro! It is one of my favorite shops. Torno per chiedere un cambio per il difetto e mi contestano lo scontrino di 10 giorni prima (entro il mese e su merce a prezzo pieno) e che la bigiotteria non si cambia, anche se è rotta (quindi spero non più vendibile ad altri) e non potevo saperlo senza prima aprire la bustina. Chi è piccolo sul piccolo... Spero non sfugga che la mia richiesta si basava su un difetto dell'articolo (che lo rende non vendibile ad altri per cui decade il pretesto d'igiene) il cui cambio non va pattuito o discusso ma rientra in precise garanzie post-vendita (non servirebbe neanche lo scontrino e non scade in 7gg, s.v. artt 128-135 Codice del consumo). Avevo sorvolato sulla cartellonistica citata, chi ha voglia di impelagarsi vada a cercare che ne pensano le associazioni di tutela dei Consumatori. Ciò detto, la recensione è di una mia personale esperienza che ho vissuto io tra i millemila clienti invece soddisfatti. Having bought over € 60.00 worth of stuff, at home I realize when I open their sealed pack that one pair of earrings does not close. I come back to ask for a change due to the defect and they dispute the receipt of 10 days before (within the month and on full price goods) and that the costume jewelery is not changed, even if it is broken (so I hope it is no longer salable to others) and I couldn't know without opening the bag first. Who is small on the small ... I hope it does not escape that my request was based on a defect in the item (which makes it unsellable to others for which the hygiene pretext is void) whose exchange should not be agreed or discussed but falls within precise post-sale guarantees (not even the receipt would be needed and does not expire in 7 days, see articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code). I had overlooked the aforementioned signage, if you want to get involved, go and find out what the consumer protection associations think about it. That said, the review is of my personal experience that I lived among the thousand thousand satisfied customers.
