★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a flat in Milan via Vesta Immobili online, from another country, without ever seeing the place, which made me a bit nervous at the start. However, real estate agent Bruno Zappia really made a complicated process go well, and handled every situation extremely professional and passionate, as if we were not only his clients, but also friends. He and the agency maximally helped with the paperwork, furniture, and even my personal issues when moving to Italy, such as getting Codice Fiscale or a mobile number, sometimes even using private connections? and a lot of times their assistance was beyond their obligations. Needless to say the flat was exactly the same as on the pictures and videos. Overall, an experience which could not have been more positive, and I would recommend this agency to everybody looking for a flat, they are as professional as it gets.
